Health and no added preservatives
So the oats are easy to use ,as these require just water / milk to prepare them which took about 15 minutes to consume. As there are no added preservatives like added sugars just rolled oats which are good for health . "Product box was little bit pressed from upside, i think it must be under so many parcels bcoz of that" so not that much of a big issue otherwise it good
