I have medium length sort of hair. I prefer clay because it has just enough hold to keep my fringe out my face, but doesn’t cement my hair in position. It’s hard to find a clay that feels good, looks good and smells nice. This, for me, ticks all boxes. I’m still figuring out exactly how much to apply, but I’m very happy. It spreads easily on the hands and through the hair. Once it’s in you can’t tell, because it’s wonderfully matte! I have had matte clays in the past that gave a mild shine, but not so with this one! Obviously, the length of my hair means it can’t keep it in place like if it was short, but it does the job that I bought it for - a natural hold with easy movement. Finally the smell is nice. It’s kind of a slightly chemical raspberry vanilla scent, which isn’t as bad as I am making it sound. It’s really nice and fades over time. This is the best clay I have bought so far! Very happy.

Had difficulty applying to dry hair, even when warmed no in palm. Also this product does not keep the style for medium length hair.

This is a high quality hair styling product - I've been looking for the right styling product for my temperamental hair all my life with highly varying results. This consistently styles my hair the way I want, and it certainly lasts.

Terrible product. Consistency of hummos, but at least you can enjoy that. It’s sticky, gloopy and impossible to massage onto hands to warm, goes in and shows white, by the time you’ve blended in you’ll need to wash your hair again. Have scored it one star as I did manage to fill a small hole in the wall with it. Can’t get a refund so this is the trade off. Regret this purchase. Redken 20 a much better product

I've bought and used around 15 different hair products from amazon ranging from £5-£25 and let me tell you this; this is by far THE best hair product on the market. I have short to medium hair, and I like a messy, reworkable and matte texture. All these other products which claim to be matte are lies, but this product really gives a matte finish with absolutely no shine, gloss or grease. The hold is very firm and holds all day, all night and probably for the next few years. Stop wasting money on all the inferior products and buy this.
