Classic safety axe, quality build
These safety axes have been around for decades. Sandvik and Haglof both make the same style axe. Husqvarna looks like they are jumping into the game as well. The construction is identical to the Sandvik axes that I have used before. These axes work well on brush and small trees up to about 2" in diameter. The blades are replaceable when they eventually become dull or hit a rock... I bought this one to carry on an ATV or snowmobile to remove vegetation that is preventing my travel.

A really good ax.
I've used one of these before and it's surprising how big of a tree that they will take off in one swing.

Better than an axe in many instances
Best cutter ever, I had one of these decades ago and finally found a replacement.

Very pleased
I am very pleased with the quality of this axe. It's well balanced and the blade is sharp. I just received it but it looks like it will last.

Good but seemed used
Arived early , but the tool seemed to have been used lightly before. Was expecting a new tool....the tool is still sharp just feel mislead on the fact it isn't new.. **update after using for a while i went to local store picked up a hatchet that cost half as much and was twice as sharp and easier to use...this i just my opinion
