I was looking for a bathroom timer for quite some time and couldn't find one that I really liked. When I came across this one, I ordered it right away. I love that it comes in a set of two, so we ended up using one of them in our kids bathroom and one in the guest bathroom. It certainly helps enforce proper hand washing and proper teeth brushing. As all of us who are parents know, kids like to rush trough these tasks. By using this timer for a few weeks now, I can see a significant difference in my kids hygiene, as they brush their teeth better and wash their hands more thoroughly. The suction cups are great and work perfectly. I make sure to wipe the timer down with Clorox wipes frequently because it's constantly being touched with unwashed hands.

This has been a good tool for our kids ranging from 2-9 years old. One unexpected benefit of the 2 minute timer for brushing teeth is every 30 seconds the timer starts flashing faster. My older kids are using the change in flashing frequency to pace themselves for brushing each of the four quadrants of their teeth for 30 seconds. We also use the two minute timer for taking turns on our mini indoor trampoline.

I really liked this item instead of the musical one because a lot of people said it was really loud. With this one you don’t have to worry about that because it’s only lights. Originally I didn’t like that there was 2 in the order but am now thankful for that. At first since I had to buy a pack of 2, I wanted to give the other one to my sibling with kids because I thought I wouldn’t need the second one and was upset I had to pay for 2 when I only needed one. I guess I should have thought this through or read others reviews better. Why? These are not waterproof. My 5yo would rinse his hands get his soap, then turn on the light. Or rinse the toothbrush, put on toothpaste, then turn on the light. After doing this several times multiple times a day... it got under the buttons. So now I have to throw out the first one I had. I wish these came either waterproof or with a waterproof sleeve to put them into. For now I’ll just put the second one into a waterproof baggy. The first one lasted a few months but I think it would have lasted a lot longer had it been protected from the water.

This timer is so great for my small children. My 3 year old loves using it when he washes his hands and that's been a big help to keep him scrubbing for 30 seconds. I used to sing a song or count with him. This has made it much easier and he can do it on his own. The timer for teeth has helped my 5 year old brush longer and helps me to know how long to brush when I'm helping them. I like that it has suction cups and it stays put on mirror.

Love these! Bought two - put in two bathrooms. Helps kids self monitor and gives them independence in their hygiene so I’m not nagging them:) The suction works pretty well as long as kids don’t yank at the device taking it out of holder. We put them into mirror in front of sink - I like that it keeps it where they can see while at sink but also keeps it up and away from counter or water. Buttons are clear, big for small fingers too.

These are perfect for kid bathrooms. I have them in two bathrooms and the kids can easily use them and they have been great with the suction option. No falling yet even with kid usage!!

Perfect ! My 6 year old now brushes his teeth for 2 min for sure every morning and every night ! Used to have to tell him to go back and do it again cause I know that wasn’t long enough ! Now he just pushes the button and brushes till it turns off !

This was perfect for our 2 year old to learn how long to wash her hands and brush her teeth. I have actually grown to rely on it. We bought it March 6th, today April 27th it is broken. It worked for less then 2 months. The hand 🖐 light stays on and will not turn off. I took a picture but this review does not let me download the picture. It didn’t cost that much. It is Not made in the US, what more could I expect? I’ll be finding another timer from another company.

The hand washing timer is working great in my grade one classroom. They love it!!
