Works quiet, very efficient.

These are by far the best mini splits I've installed.very quietsuper cold,and easy to use.

This is a great product, and it works miracles. I got it for my new house, and I didn't want to spend thousands on a central AC when you can even control the temperature in different areas of the house. This works great for that. The seller delivered as advertised and the delivery was very convenient. At first, I was afraid they would do regular delivery and leave it in front of my house, but they did a freight delivery. They called a week in advance to program the delivery, and the delivery guy was great and called me an hour before to make sure we didn't forget. This works even better if you buy the WiFi adapter. You can also get it from MiniSplits4Less. They have great products customer service, and their prices are very competitive. I strongly recommend purchasing from them as they deliver as promised and have an excellent customer service team you can reach out to if you have any questions.

UPDATE... READ ALL...The unit works well so far the lowest temperature we've seen is about 19ﾟF the noise level is moderate and in some places not existent (Dec 2022). Tech support will answer or call you back via email or phone. So far we are happy with the unit and hope it works just as well when the temperature drops lower.... it is rated at -13ﾟF It's Mar 2023.... in February the temperature dropped to -7⁰F and the unit completely shut down. We had to revert to fossil fuel that day. Several call to tech support, troubleshoot with a tech ...which I paid for... and one could tell me why it shut down at -7. It was pointed out to me that this unit is not a hyper heat pump however. And since we can't replicate the condition I must call back when it happens again. 😡 The units did return to normal at about -3⁰f and has functioned well since.

This was pretty easy to install, and had a certified A/C installer install the important parts. It lost some charge after the 1st year, but used a thread sealant for the outside ports, which fixed them. And then it happened... one day it just stopped blowing cold air. I called a local A/C repair who spent 2 hours on the phone with Cooper & Hunter tech support. They told me that it was the inverter board. We replaced that inverter board which did not work. The A/C tech came back out (another $250) and said did not know what was wrong, so I called C&H and they told me that it was the compressor. They were going to send me a new compressor for free, but the A/C company told me that it would cost over $1500 to swap out the compressor (replace and recharge). I have only had this system for 2 years and it is going to cost me $2000 to get it back up and running. I do not and will not recommend this brand to anyone.
