Fresh, tasty bread delivered by reliable seller
This bread comes always fresh, it is unbelievable how the seller is able to send it so fast and with such a quality. They always ship fresh bread and as I ordered numerous times from them, I see how reliable and consistent their service and quality is. This particular bread (that I truly believe is the closes version to real Borodinsky bread that only exists in Russia) only sold on east coast. And as we moved to west coast, it was amazing way to still get this bread here. The price is super fair with free 2 days priority shipping they ship.

Great tasting
Very good tasting bread. Had it toasted and with grilled cheese. Fresh and satisfying. Would recommend.

Quality of bread
The bread came old, stale and hard. Very overpriced for the quality and taste. Had it not been old and stale the price would have been ok.

Pales wrt the original Borodinskii bread
TASTE: We tried it - it does remind the Borodinskii bread one could buy in RF but lacks an intense flavor and taste of the original, unlike what some enthusiasts may tell here. The issue that it has little coriander. Given the hefty price tag, they should've added more, much more. NB: Spices: The most prominent spice is coriander, often used both ground in the dough and as whole seeds on the crust, creating a fragrant and citrusy flavor that balances the bread's sweetness and rye notes. Some variations also include caraway seeds. The producer has probably saved on _solod_ too.

Great real bread
Ah the joy of eating real bread, once again! I grew up in Europe and spent time on the East Coast, where decent bread is either a given, or available. Here in Albuquerque there is no decent bread anywhere, ever. To be able to get this tasty, dense rye, that does not fall apart under the weight of a few slices of meat, that can be buttered without shredding, that tastes strong and assertive, like rye should, makes my breakfasts and lunches a delight I look forward to. Thank you :)

Keep buying, great tasting bread! Stays too long without getting mold though, a bit scary of how many preservatives it may have...
