This is the 3rd time I've purchased a hand held vacuum like this. They each last a few years, but we are pretty hard on them. They all worked really well and I want to say this is the best yet! I would definitely buy this one again in a heart beat! It is a very good quality, and it has two modes, one is a light vacuum, and if you press the power button again it's a turbo charge with extra suction. The storage capacity is great, and I can go a week or two without emptying (if I wanted) but I don't typically let that happen. The assembly is simple, and straight forward. The ease of cleaning is impeccable. I definitely recommend this to anyone!

Powerful and useful. I have roaches here and it sucks themright in. The battery doesn’t last long. It charges eSily though and is easy to tote around. Remember to clean the filters. When I didn’t it stopped charging and lost power easily when used. As long as the filters are kept clean it works very well. I really like it.

I needed to replace my hand held dyson but did not want to spend a fortune. I decided on this one. It has great suction and does what I need it to do. I did buy some extra filters. The one that comes with it is washable, but while it's drying you may want to have a spare. I love that you can make the length of the nozzle longer. I gave 4 star only because it does not have an attachment with a brush on the end. I'm looking for maybe a generic that would work.

Had a previous black and decker hand held vac which worked fine for many years but it wasn’t holding a charge for long. So I bought this one and not only does it hold the charge longer, but it has more suction. If it works half as long as the first one, I’ll have my money’s worth.

Picks up lightweight things. Easy to dump and really like the washable filter.

I was hoping this would work better for the price it is. It works fine on hard surfaces but not great on carpet. For example it picked up most of the kitty litter around the cat's litter box on a tile floor, although a few of the larger pieces of litter fell back out through the nozzle. But on my car's floor mats which are carpeted, which is the main reason I bought this, it took way too long to pick up debris. It was faster and more effective for me to just pick up the mat and shake it out rather than to use this vacuum. It's also difficult or impossible to reach the nozzle into smaller areas of my car like cup holders or between the driver's seat and the arm rest. I'd recommend this for light pick ups around the house on hard surfaces but not for cleaning a car interior.

...you may have run it without the filter. I love this vacuum. My husband has a Dyson, but is a bit precious about it, so I bought this workhorse. It did so well! I wanted a vacuum that would be easy for my kids to use. My 7 year old son has been helping me clean with it. He even refers to it as "his" vacuum. However, I did make the mistake of running it without the filter. We must have left it in the trash when we emptied the reservoir. I ordered some new filters. They were orange with coffee filter material on the side. But, by then, the vacuum had become SO LOUD. I took a screwdriver and opened it up completely (amateur hour!) and found hair wrapped around what I assume is the motor mechanism as well as a small piece of paper and popcorn fragments. Canned air was out of stock at two stores so my husband used his leaf blower to clear it after I used tweezers and brow scissors to untangle the hair. It worked! Our vacuum no longer sounds like a jet engine! Please see these photos if anyone else makes the same mistake. I was glad I took pictures so I could put the vacuum back together after taking it apart. She's a good vacuum if you treat her well! Good luck!

I love this vacuum cleaner. I have owned one for almost two years and it's still working as well as the day I bought it. And that is to say, VERY well. It is very convenient, without the need for power cords, the batteries last a long time, and the charger is VERY easy to use. Just sit the machine on the charger, and WALLA, in a couple of hours it goes from fully discharged to fully charged. It is very durable, and I guess nothing actually makes cleaning fun, but this vacuum makes it much easier than anything I've ever used. I can clean my entire car on one charge. It gets into tiny spots that most vacuums can't get to. A great value for the money. That's why I ordered two more for upstairs and one to use exclusively for the car.

Hi. Have just received this and there is a loose piece of triangular clear plastic with a black flap. Should this be fitted into the dust box? Anyone had the same issue and is it important.

This vacuum is great! I love that the filters are washable. I ended up buying one extra filter so far just to be able to wash and rotate them as one dries. The suction is strong and handles all kinds of dry messes! Easy to empty! Seems well made! I am pleased with this vacuum, I DO recommend it!

I love this dustbuster vac. I struggled for years with one that had a different design that was so difficult to empty the cannister and reattach it. This one couldn't be easier-press one button to open and dump. The dual filters inside are also very easy to remove, clean, and reinsert when necessary. It's got great suction and is super easy to charge-just plug it in. There are no bases for it to sit in and no battery to remove and reinstall to charge. It's also not too heavy.

Bad suction and USA plug, l had to buy USA to UK plug, old fashion charger and weak suction, very disappointed with the brand
