Brass foot valve
Works okay but it took three of there to get the correct size. What does the advertised size mean?

Ussually works fine, occasinally get grain of sand in it and looses prime
This foot valve used on above ground jet pump, about 16 ft down to water in well. Has generally worked fine. despite fine mesh screen ocassionally lost prime probably due to grain of sand gettin in it (any foot valve does that) made mostly out of brass and screen is stainless
