I swapped this into my stainless steel Jotter, and it feels like a completely different, premium pen. Incredible Smoothness: The difference is night and day. There is zero friction. It glides across the page with a rich, wet line that makes standard ballpoint ink look pale by comparison. Deep Blue Color: The "Medium" blue is vibrant and highly saturated. It looks professional but stands out much more than standard office-supply blue. Universal Parker Fit: These fit any pen that takes a "Parker Style" (G2) refill. I’ve used them in my Rotring 600 and Retro 51 Tornado just fine, not just Parker brand pens. No Skipping: I haven't experienced the "hard start" you get with cheap ballpoints where you have to scribble in the margin to get the ink flowing. It starts immediately every time. Ink Lifespan: This is the trade-off. Because it lays down a "wet" gel line, it uses ink much faster than a standard QuinkFlow ballpoint. If you write 10 pages a day, you will burn through these refills in a few weeks. Buy the multi-pack. Smearing: While it dries relatively fast for a gel, it is not instant. Left-handers or those writing on glossy greeting cards need to be careful—give it 3-5 seconds to set before touching it. Bottom Line: This is the cheapest way to make a $15 pen feel like a $50 pen. The writing experience is superior in every way to the standard refill, just be prepared to replace them more often. Highly recommended.

Writes well. Nice blue color. It's not waterproof by any means, it'll bleed. I would use for casual work but not anything you want permanent like writing checks. I would buy again for casual use.

This is a two pack of gel ink, medium blue. I like the darker blue color. The regular ball point is a lighter blue by comparison. I used the first and it was ok. It lasted just about a month and went dry. I put in the second and it wasn’t smooth writing, it kept skipping then just quit working. It didn’t last a full day. Unfortunately the return window closed before I found out. So much as I like the product I give it 1 star because it I paid the price of two for one good refill.

Just what the doctor ordered. These refills fit perfectly and worked well. The blue color fit my needs. I like the gel tip pens for the ease of writing. I recommend these units.
