They write pretty well but look better than they write. Mostly purchased for decoration on my class a uniform. They work well for writing on plastic bags though, which I use them for exclusively. They are a little small in diameter so they can be uncomfortable to write with for an extended period. But again, I use them for decoration mostly.

I am a Marriage Commissioner and have some great pen stands that I provide for the signing table. Unfortunately I lost a couple of the thin silver pens that go with the pen stands.
