I bought two sizes of tape. They stick really well when you place them correctly the 1st or 2nd time. After that they lose some of the adhesive ability. I use them for taping off areas I don’t want painted when painting stick decor.

I purchased this as I have not been having luck with the 3m painters tape. I tried the Frog Tape (which I love and works great), but, I needed a good amount and I did not want to spend the money on the Frog Tape. I tried this painter tape and it worked great for my project. Two things were important to me, when trying this tape. 1) I did not want it pull the existing paint off the wall (It worked great for my application.) 2) I did not want the new paint to "bleed" through. (Once again this tape worked great, with no "bleed". The tape was successful on both counts and for my purchase price it was nice value.

Does a pretty good job. About the same as Scotch or 3M. Not as good as Frog tape.

As you begin to peel the tape off the roll it tears jaggedly down to one side. I wanted to tear off a 4 foot length - and I didn't even make it 4 inches before the tape started tearing down the middle. Here's what I'm trying to say. This tape is 2 inches wide. When you begin to tear it to the length you want it suddenly sticks to itself and ends up JAGGEDLY tearing down the middle with - instead of a 2 inch wide piece in you hand the whole length - it tears in the shape of a jagged knife. It sticks to itself causing a jagged peel. It should be an even 2 inches wide the WHOLE length of the peel until you decide to rip it at the length you want. I hope you understand. I would have taken pictures but I immediately threw both rolls in the trash after having tried NUMEROUS times to get an even 2 inch wide tear of more than 4 or 5 inches. I won't waste my time asking for my money back. And I will never buy any kind of Teegan/Gaffer Tape again. I'll stick with ScotchBlue Multi-Surface Painter's Tape.

The product is not very sticky in comparison to competitors like Scotts. The tape droops or falls off more frequently than is usable...if you didn't have much to do or what you're taping isn't defying gravity, it's ok (drooping from ceiling and vertical sides of door frames). There seems to be an issue largely with adhesion.

This tape helped me to paint door trim. I had no paint bleed under the tape and when I took the tape off after two days it did not rip any paint off. Works as it should.

This tape is the best painters tape for the money. Great adheasive and the best feature - no bleed through.
