Tri-Arc KDSR103166 3-Step Steel Rolling Industrial and Warehouse Ladder with Handrails and 16" Wide Perforated Tread

Before I purchased two of these ladders I read several reviews. Most of which, mentioned a poorly shipped product. Well... BOTH (shipped to two separate addresses) of the ladders I ordered showed up falling apart. Both were also missing all the hardware. No wheels no bolts and no instructions. I ordered two that were supposed to be exactly the same.. One was even missing the necessary pre-drilled holes to bolt the railing to. Aftervi drilled the wholes myself I ended up purchasing similar bots and wheels from Homedepot just to make it work. Of course the spring loaded wheels are hard to find. Lesson learned

My husband and I have reached the age where ladders are scary. Having side rails and wide steps, and a platform are pretty much non-optional now for places with high shelves, vaulted ceilings, and smoke alarms in awkward places. This ladder meets all requirements. Assembly wasn’t difficult, and the product is sturdy. Wheel/leg operation works well. The ladder is easily moved, but as the supporting legs come down when weight is placed on the steps, it doesn’t roll around during use. There are four solid rubber tipped feet on the ground.The only drawback is that it takes up a lot of space when assembled, and there is no easy way to mitigate that. It also is significantly wider than an ordinary household ladder, so access through narrow doors would likely be impossible.

Looks solid but arrived horrible. No box and in multiple pieces. May have been shrink wrapped at one time. Was all scuffed up and bent to the point wear stuff would fit right. Paint flaked off. Decided to return it and ups charged me $30 for a box because the can't ship without a box. How it got to my front door without one idk? That's my experience....

I like the product but after 2 weeks wait I did not like the condition I received it. Was supposed to be crated which it was but to my surprise I got it with the box opened and all loose nuts and bolts and small parts loose inside!!! Very dissapointed

This ladder is very well made and sturdy. No problem to put together and setup by myself. This is going to make my life so much easier working up high on the motorhome! Free delivery was amazing for something as huge and heavy as this! What a great value!

This ladder feels like it is very high quality and sturdy. I feel safe climbing up on it. I am 460 pounds and I feel confident using it. I took off one star for "Easy to assemble". There are several areas in the instructions that could have been more clear as it took a fair amount of analysis and logic on my part to discern the correct procedure. I did appreciate that it was largely put together when it arrived. There wasn't much left for me to do.

I have had it for a month now and need it to get to those top shelves..It fits nicely between my isles as I can get a forklift in them. It rolls easily and once I step down, it locks into place. I especially like the side rails as I have very heavy boxes to swing down and it helps mekeep my balance and gives me the security I want when moving those boxes around. Thanks.. About 1-1/2 hours to assemble.. WE had a few extra screws and bolts, but better more than not enuf. It works and that's what counts. I highly recommend it.

This seems to be a great ladder.... however it was partially assembled, missing instructions and had various scrapes in the paint... obviously a used product being sold as a new product. We are using the ladder but still not sure if we assemble dot correctly.
