great printer good company to deal with
this printer worked exactly as expected. I ordered one and it arrived but the pause button was broken. I called and it was immediately refunded and a new one was sent. Would purchase this item again and probably will as we use them at work to the point where we wear them out.

False Advertising and Horrible Customer Service
Do you need a printer with a USB connection? Do you think this printer has one? I did too, on account of the fact it is advertised as having USB. Turns out it does not. It only has a serial port, which does not work with a USB/serial adapter. Even the g****** manual mentions a USB port which simply is not there. I bought 5 units for inventory, and just popped one open today. It is too late to return, Amazon is refusing to help, and Zebra says I need to go after their resellers (even though Zebra created the marketing materials that lied about the USB port). Avoid at ALL COSTS!

Does not come with a USB for the printer and does not come with an ethernet port but the printer has lights and labels for an ethernet connection.

No Print Head.
The unit did not come with the Thermal Ribbon Payoff Real. Box was sealed and unopened.

No where to install ribbon for thermal transfer
Printer is advertised as both Direct thermal and thermal transfer. First one we bought came with ribbon spools so it could be used for both functions. Second unit did not have ribbon spools and could not be used as Thermal Transfer. This was unable to be used by our company and returned. Be careful you may not be shipped what you think you are buying!
