Great product. Gets bad smells out. Pets smells gone.

We went on vacay and SOMEBODY left the cat in the bathroom for 3 days. He did what a cat will do over 3 days. (Toilet seat was up so he had water). It was RANK. Baking soda didn’t work, vinegar didn’t work. The spray air freshener that is supposed to eliminate all bad aromas didn’t work. I bought this as a last resort (no pun intended). It WORKED!! Quickly effective on a hopeless situation. Highly recommend.

This “Magic Spray” was not magic for me. I heard about this product on a local radio show and also talked with a representative of the company. He recommended this product and claimed it would do the job. I have a small clothes closet in my bedroom and there was an awful odor in the closet. The closet is on an outside wall so we assume there may be a dead mouse in between the outer and inner wall. I removed every item from the closet and made sure the smell was not coming from any of the contents. I sprayed as directed and left the door open. We also vacuumed thoroughly. Much to my dismay, the odor seemed to be worse. I sprayed again and waited until the next day but the odor was still there. In fact, it seemed the spray made the odor more intense. I sprayed again over the course of the next few days and had used half the bottle. Still the odor. Today I sprayed the closet with a popular deodorizer from the grocery store. This seems to be working. This is an scent free product and is just not covering the odor. It has been several days that my clothing and all contents have been removed and I am hoping to put everything back soon. The magic spray did not work as described. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

I'm revising my review down because the newest iteration has a flowery, not particularly appealing, scent instead of the clean linen scent of my earlier purchases. Here is my earlier review: Twenty years ago I was confronted with a stain and foul odor in my basement. Nothing I tried touched it until I decided to try a product I'd never heard of before. It was OdorXit, and it eliminated the stench. It's become my go-to. It has a subtle, clean linen scent. I realize a few reviewers aren't happy with their purchase, but I can't recommend it enough.

I was looking for something to freshen up an older sofa that smelled slightly musty. I vacuumed it hard then used this OdorXit. The smell is fresh, smells slightly soapy at first but settles to a gentle, fresh scent. I've used it daily and the sofa is smelling less and less "old". My only complaint is that the bottle is only 2 ounces - wish it was bigger. The bottle is sturdy and takes quite a lot of pumping with no leaking or sticking.

Removes any odor if you soak it in this spray! Product is pricey but it does work.
