4 Units failed in 4 years. DO NOT BUY!
DO NOT BUY THESE UNITS!I bought two units in 2021. One unit failed in the first season. It took months to get Friedrich to honor the warranty. Horrible Experience. By the time the new unit showed up, the second unit failed. I obtain warranty support and they shipped a new unit. Got them both installed and this season, both units failed. I have since ordered new AC's from an appliance store. The sales person recommended Friedrich but an entirely different model. We will see how that goes.
