I’ve always been deficient in Vitamin D, with consistent levels of 18. I had to take 10k iu every day as advised by my doctor after getting bloodwork that showed the low levels I had. I picked this brand, and after 4-6 weeks I repeated my bloodwork and my levels of vitamin D were 66. I was amazed and happy it worked so well for me. I now only take 5k iu a day for maintenance and will retest in a month to see if levels are still good. Good quality. Easy on stomach. No complaints. But please use smaller packaging it’s a ridiculously large bottle
