Nordic Naturals - Daily Omega Kids, Healthy Heart Support, 30 Soft Gels

These have tons of omegas for the price all in one gel cap a day. Its not a chewable like you would expect its deff a gel cap. They smell amazing. But once popped they don't taste great. But not awful either. My kid usually fights me on gross medicine and he comments oh not the gross one. But then he eats it no fussing and takes a drink of water. No issues. I live in a hot area amd when the mail man put it on rhe porch they all melted together. I had to wait till they cooled and transfer containers and pull em all apart. So thats a little annoying. But I will be buying these again and again when I run out.

It is very nice, although for my 3 year old daughter it was hard to swallow ,she didn't like to chew but my son loves them, I think it is better for bigger kids then toddlers.

Have been giving these to my kids and they love them. The flavor is good and it's easily digestible. Great vitamins for kids

The pill doesn't seem to be a chewable, so what I do is bite it for my 6 year old and allow her to chew it with apple juice and she spits out the shell. She has no complaints. I love that it's only one pill a day.

Not sure why this product isn't more popular. It has the highest dose of DHA/EPA for kids, costs half as much as the Dolphin Pals DHA for kids, and only requires 1 pill rather than 3 to get the daily dose. Also, the sugar content is basically non-existent and it has minimal calories (4.5) compared to Dolphin Pals (35). My son likes the flavor - no complaints about it being too "fishy"...although having tried one myself you can definitely tell this is made from real fish oil and not overly coated in sugar. If your kids are spoiled and used to eating sugary foods (in which case you should probably change their diet!), this product may put them off a bit. The case that the oil is contained in is a little hard to chew. You could probably just "pop" the chew in your mouth, swallow the fish oil and then spit out the case since I don't think that has any nutritional value. Great product, especially for the price, but might not be for every kid. EBHP

We love these omega supplements for our kids. They started taking them when they were 7 and 10. My younger tried chewing them but he didnt like the taste and spit out. But we stayed firm and now both kiddos swallow 1 every morning with no issues (only took a few days for them to get used to it). I love that these have the highest omega 3s i could find for kids, they only need to take 1 capsule, and the price is unbeatable.

Flavor is just outside but when it bitten the fish flavor makes it really disgusting, specially for kids. But when I explained him that it is for his help, he decided to take them.

I have 2 kids who took these daily. Went through them really fast because of that. So I went back to the Nordic Naturals DHA in the blue container. They have to take 4 of those vs 1 of these, but they last much longer (360 in a container). However, they both do the same thing and are very good for your kids. Especially if you are a family like mine who doesn't like fish.

Though personally I don't like how they taste (and the jelly covering seems to hard for me), my 3 yo kid loves them and chews them very well.
