Can you tell me what the length is of the jars lined up side by side and the width of the largest jar? Need to see if they will fit the shelf I have.d

With the lid the largest jar is 5.5 inches wide. It is closer to 5 inches without the lid. All lined up together with their lids they are 14 inches. I didn't leave any space between them when I took that measurement.

How tall is the 60oz jar from the bottom to the top of the knob/handle on top?

Exactly 7 and 3/4" from bottom to top of knob. And they are of a good weight. I love them!

About how large is the 60 oz Jar? Want to use it to keep Dead Sea Salts and Mugwort for herbal baths with a scoop inside. I want Large Jars.

The largest jar is about 8 inches tall and 5.5 inches across. I think it would work well for herbal baths with a scoop :) I am actually thinking of getting another set of these - I like them so much.

Can you fit standard crayola markers in these?

You absolutely can! A standard marker is about 5-3/8" tall and the inside depth of the 60-ounce canister is approximately 6". Hope this helps!
