First, let me just say, WOW! I received this clock today (November 2019) and upon first impression: 1. Adjustable brightness!! This is probably my favorite feature on this clock. I'm a person with vision loss, which makes it difficult with some products out there. This clock, however, allows me to make the numbers VERY bright OR very dim! (You can even turn the light off that displays the numbers). 2. It's small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of space on my nightstand. 3. Love the ability to adjust the volume for the alarm AND the five alarm sound options. 4. It has a cord for power, so I don't have to worry about batteries. 5. I have added two photos, so you can see it in a dark room. The dimly lit photo is NOT as dim as it gets, but you get the idea.... 6. Incredibly easy to set the time and alarms. Didn't even need to read the tiny instruction book (thankfully- being visually impaired and all). 7. Did I mention how easy the number display is to see?!? It is the perfect size for my needs. This small digital clock is exactly what I was looking for! It’s compact enough to fit perfectly on my nightstand without taking up too much space, and the display is easy to read both day and night. I love the 6 levels of brightness—it can go super dim for sleeping or bright enough to see clearly during the day. The 4 alarm volume settings are a great feature, especially for light or heavy sleepers. Setup was incredibly easy with no confusing buttons, and it stays plugged in so I never have to worry about changing batteries. It’s a reliable, no-fuss clock that does its job really well. Highly recommend!

Best alarm ever. Going strong after 3 years. Choices of alarm sounds like nature, bells, etc with volume settings. Brightness is dimmable and the phone charging port is very useful. I am buying a second as a gift. Superb customer service when 1st didn't work.

Well what can I say, I'm a simple person who wanted a simple clock. My only requirements were that it be smaller than my old clock and that it have a Big Snooze Button. This clock is small, but easy to read. It has a sizable Snooze button to easily press blindly. I even like the tune it plays to wake me up: a piano. It's only flaw is that the numbers are a white light which are Very Bright. If you don't dim it every night to practically nothing, the light is this bright beacon in the room, preventing me from sleeping until I darken it to nearly a black screen, and turn it away from me. The reason you have to do this every night is because in the morning, it would be impossible to read unless you brighten it. So every day I brighten up the clock with a little scrolling-type wheel on the back, and every night I dim it to almost a black screen. I think I will keep this clock, because it has other good features, but if you don't want to mess with the brightness everyday....now you know. I guess that's why most clocks use red or blue numbers, they don't shine bright like that. Live and learn! 8/10 clock.

Have bought this brand of clock twice now. Put them near our tvs since we no longer have cable boxes with the times on them. It is small in size but the numbers are large and bright enough to see. You can adjust the brightness. There’s a button for daylight savings. We’ll see if it works come the fall. You can add three triple A batteries for backup which I have done for both clocks. My older clock was harder to set; this one is very easy. My question to Amazon is - why pack it in a box marked with battery warnings? There were zero batteries sent with it. EDIT: the DST button worked! Just pushed it and the time changed back an hour to Standard Time. Easy peasy. Love this little clock.

UPDATE: 2/8/2023 - the replacement clock from USCCE arrive last Friday (2/3/2023) and I have had time to test it out. The replacement clock no longer has the issue the original clock had where the time would be incorrect sometimes when I used the USB port for charging or even just left a USB cable plugged in. I have left a USB cable connected at all times and have used multiple cable types to charge multiple devices (iPhone, Android phone, Android tablet, and ear buds) and the replacement clock has not had the time get messed up like the original. I am increasing my review to 5 stars for this product AND for the company's fast response to my issue and standing behind their product. UPDATE: 1/30/2023 - USCCE has offered to replace the clock and once I receive it, I will update this review. Hopefully the replacement clock will not have the same issue of the time getting messed up when using the USB port. The company does seem to stand behind their product ORIGINAL REVIEW I find this clock easy to use, read, and like the adjustable volume and brightness. Unfortunately, being able to use the USB connection to charge my phone seems to be a problem. This clock has changed on its own to the incorrect time (by hours and minutes) 4 times now. A HUGE issue for an alarm clock. On a whim, I disconnected the USB cable I had left connected to this clock for charging my phone and the clock has not had the issue with the time changing to the incorrect time as long as the USB cable isn't connected. I'm not going to return it as I do like the clock as a timepiece. However, it would be nice if the USB charging feature could be used without the time getting messed up.

I was looking for a bedside clock that is dimmable from zero to bright without having to choose a switch setting (i.e. 5 different brightness settings). This clock (I have the white model with white light) allows for easy dimming by a wheel on the right side of the back. Easy to adjust with one hand and without looking. It is very easy to set and to switch between 12- and 24-hour modes. It has a number of different alarm tones ranging from the classic loud sounds to very cheerful bird chirping and other white "noise". It is easy to set the volume for the alarm too. The snooze button on top is large enough to hit it with the eyes closed. I am very happy with this clock because I was looking for something simple, yet adjustable. There is a USB plug-in to charge a phone or to use for other devices. It requires three AAA batteries (not included) to protect it from being affected by power outages. I put the batteries in before I connected the clock to the electrical wall outlet. I like to keep the brightness very low at night and need it to be very bright during the day.

The display on this looks great, it’s crystal clear. It avoids over-complicating what it can do in a refreshing way. It’s not a radio, it’s not a Bluetooth speaker. It’s an alarm clock, and all of its features are built around that. The display brightness is adjustable with a knob, the alarm volume is adjustable with a knob, there is battery power backup, and there is a USB power socket that is perfect for passing through power from a single wall plug to also charge a phone. All useful. It has some alternate alarm sounds (in addition to the more traditional BEEP) that mostly sound terrible, but there is a piano melody that I like. I also like that the volume slowly amps up, as opposed to a sudden startling blast.

Should have said it has an A type mains plug not used in UK ,so makes it expensive as you have to purchase an adaptor, At this price I think the seller should provide one with the item
