Wish I Bought One Sooner!
Small, sturdy, portable, stable, light, easy to fold in seconds, and holds my Taylor acoustic guitar as good or better than larger stands. What more could you want? I've been so impressed with every Hercules product that I own and this did not disappoint either. I fold it up and put it in my Hercules BSB001 bag with my Hercules portable music stand and I'm set.

perfect for a banjo stand
i got this for my banjo, after discovering that the typical stand (for quitars) lets the guitar hang from the neck, but a banjo has a different type neck. this stand is a perfect solution for a banjo. allows easy pickup of the instrument. it is quite sturdy (banjos are about 12 pounds).

Great option if you need a stand that's sturdy and portable.
Great for this kind of stand. Folds up to almost fit in my hand. There is still nothing keeping a guitar from getting knocked over from side to side. It does the job.

Great Stand! Low center of gravity.
I love this new stand. It's small and portable, yet built like a tank. The weight is almost all against the ground, making tipping this stand over more difficult than it is with most portable stands (looking at you, Proline). On top of all that, there's still enough clearance for my ToneWood Amp to stay mounted on the back of my guitar, a must if you've ever heard one! My new favorite portable stand, kudos Hercules!

Excellent compact stand
This is an exceptionally smart design for a folding compact stand. Really sturdy, I own 5 of the other Hercules stands and this is a good alternative.

Nice solid product but very pricey now.
I bought one of these on Amazon back in 2012 for $34.95 and I quite like it. It's small, unobtrusive and holds the guitar quite solidly. It's also easy to get the guitar in and out of. So I'm adding an electric guitar and thought I'd get a second one of these but then I saw the price is now $61.95. Too bad, I really wanted to get another of these. But for that price I think I'll keep looking.

Compact and sturdy
I wanted to find a compact folding guitar stand that would fit into my equipment bag. This stand is very compact, but is well built and holds my guitar securely. I used to have to make several trips back and forth between by truck and the stage. Now all I carry is my guitar and a small gig bag.
