Vgogfly Refrigerator Light Bulb A15, 40W Equivalent, 5W, 5000K, 120V, Waterproof, E26 Medium Base, Daylight White, Non-Dimmable, 3 Pack, for Fridge Freezer. I purchased these in August 2026. Why did I want these, seeing my existing incandescent bulbs worked fine? The simple answer: heat. When I would open and quickly close my fridge door, the temperature would jump 8 to 10 degrees. I'm a little odd because I keep my fridges (3 of them) around 33°Freedom — 1 degree Communist. I do this because I like my soda extra cold, and as opposed to the traditional 40–42 degrees most fridges maintain, my food lasts twice as long in some cases. Milk does much better stored this cold, and so does bread. My original incandescent bulb would be too hot to touch about 10 seconds after being turned on. That heat has to go somewhere, so I tried these bulbs. I was right — my fridge now jumps up about half of what it used to when I open the door, and these use about 20% of the power draw versus the old bulbs. At this point I can't speak to longevity, but they're easy to install, cool to the touch, and seem brighter than the original bulbs. So week one is five stars. I'll update if I have issues. Nearly perfect - it's a bright bulb that arrived quickly (1 hour). The only issue is that the base of the bulb housing is a little wider than old-style incandescent bulbs so when you first put it in, it doesn't quite seat all the way and looks like it's not working. You have to keep turning a little bit more to pull it closer to the base of the socket and then it works just great.

When the light in my refrigerator went out, I quickly discovered that midnight snack runs become a lot less fun when you can't actually see what's in there. More than once, I ended up grabbing something healthy instead of the tasty snack I was really looking for! That's when I had a true light bulb moment—go to Amazon and order these. Installation was quick and easy, and now my late-night refrigerator raids are once again fully illuminated. The bulb is bright, works perfectly in the fridge, and has been completely reliable. Best of all, I can now clearly see all my snack options and make informed decisions... whether they're the healthiest choices or not. Great product, easy fix, and well worth the purchase!

Bought a pair for about $5 each in June of 2023 for my freezer (freezer section of side-by-side fridge - Westinghouse). The second one just burned out. That means in a freezer they'll last about 15 months. Just bought another pair (this time the 4 watt instead of 5) for about $6 each. I would assume the increase in price is due to inflation and tariffs. Still not bad; although, I would prefer they lasted a bit longer ... I also bought Daylight color temp this time (5000k) instead of Cool White. We'll see how long these last at the lower wattage.

Just what I wanted, as the incandescent bulb was heating up my range hood so much it was soon hot to the touch. Now I get the same light, a fraction of the electricity that was creating all that heat.Hood is always cool to the touch.

Bright Light! What a wonderful pair of light bulbs! I was concerned about the longevity of the bulbs as I have read that led refrigerator bulbs do not last long so I do plan to update my review. However, right now - the light is brilliant and my elderly parents can see quite clearly all throughout the refrigerator! No funny yellow hues, nor is there any blue highlights in the refrigerator. I am thus far, quite pleased with this purchase and hope to update past six months that the bulbs are as bright and flicker free as they are now. Great price as well, arrived in perfect condition and overnight without extra cost.

These are a great replacement bulb for the fridge. Very good light temperature. Not much to say other than the price is good and the light output is perfect.

Loved these bulbs. I wasn't sure if it would be the right size. But it was!

So the description matched what i needed but clearly they didn't send the right ones , so i got to my local store to buy some new ones. Probablt better to get these where you can confirm by eyes it's the right one.
