I love this cup. It keeps my drinks cold for hours and comes with a straw cleaning brush. I haven't used for hot drinks, so I don't know how long it keeps drinks hot. Cold and frozen it's great. Easy to clean and great size, quality.

got this for my boyfriend’s grandma because she’s a sassy lil lady who deserves to sip her coffee in style. keeps drinks hot, cold, or lukewarm. it’s easy to use and clean, leak proof, and the color is stunning. she also has survived being dropped like five times already and it’s fine so i would say the quality is 10/10.

This cup is great for keeping my slushies ice cold. Haven’t tried it with hot drink, but I’m sure it will be great. Well made and worth every penny.

The quality of this cup is really great. I like hot coffee and I drink a lot during work and this has lasted me during the day. my drink is still hot! I also am a straw drinker so the fact that it comes with a straw large enough is perfect. The only thing is that the image on the outside is amateur. I got the leopard/cheetah print and you can see pieces where the design has overlapped as if they were strips of paper laid down or something. So far it doesn’t appear that the image will rub off, but the image itself is quite poor. I don’t know if it was just mine but I would definitely recommend getting a solid color if you get this cup if you care about how it looks or want to gift it

I ordered the black 30oz tumbler with two stainless steel straws. It wasn't what I wanted, so I replaced it with a Yeti 20oz tumbler with separate straw cap and plastic straw. Here is why: Pros: - Great Insulation. I have left icewater in it overnight and woken up to find plenty of ice still there. Have left it in a hot car for over an hour and found my drink still icy when I returned. -30oz capacity holds a drink that can last all day. -Narrower bottom fits in most cupholders -You can close the straw opening with included rubber stipper and use as a regular sipping tumbler Cons: -The rubber gasket seal on the cap slides off/out of alignment almost every time I remove the lid. I have to stop to realign it before replacing the lid to make sure it seals securely. -Straws are much narrower than the straw opening in the cap, making leaks easy and drinking uncomfortable; the straw moves around and is just too narrow. -Top half of cup is just a little too wide to be comfortable to hold. -Flip top of lid does not snap/lock into the "open" position. It hits the plastic tab on the lid edge that is supposed to make removing the lid easier. Idk why this bothers me, but it does.
