We have received our Tabasco Raspberry Chipotle Sauce from Tabasco. They included a complimentary bottle of their other new product Tabasco Buffalo Sauce. Shipping was the standard for Tabasco, well packed, no damage and speedy shipment. I wanted to try this sauce because it was reported to be milder than many of the other Tabasco sauces and my wife has a thing for Raspberry. This is a fairly mild sauce with very fruit forward flavor. The raspberry hits first but the mild heat and smoke from the chipotle comes through. The sauce has a very balanced flavor. With the fruit flavor coming through so quickly you almost expect the sauce to be sweet for a second, but it is not. This is very good for eggs, fish, poultry or cheese dishes. I will be ordering more shortly because I would like to experiment with using this sauce as a base for a venison jerky marinade.

One of my favorite of TOBASCO sauces is Tobasco's Chipotle Sauce. When I saw the Resaberry Chipotle Sauce, my mind exploded with all the possibilities of using it in recipes. This sauce has a sweet, slightly spicy, subtle smoky & fruity flavor that drizzled alone over baby spinach greens was a great complement to the greens. I've also used this to add an extra update to homemade potato salad vinegrette dressing & that was one many friends have asked for the recipe. Next on my target is to use in a marinade for chicken, pork chops, and in the sauce for pulled pork sandwiches. Writing this is making me hungry, so off to see how else I can use this awesome sauce. Well I tried it cuz I love sweet-spicy foods. ThiS did not hit like I thought it would. I tried it on a bean burrito and some tacos. That’s a hard no. It was awful! It has a vinegarette taste to it, so I imagine it would be bomb on a salad or maybe some ribs. I’m not writing it off, just need to find the right foods to use it on. It’s sweet, not hot at all. I’m tempted to try it on a cheese cake.

If you enjoy Raspberrys,this hot sauce has the best flavor -heat I ever had.Love it on fresh fruit sounds very strange like Emerald Lagassi says BAM. Try worth it.

Amazon wouldnt let me give less than three stars. This is a one star at best. There is no heat might as well just buy raspberry vinegar. Tastes the same. Don't waste your cash.

I like a little heat, but I don't want it taking my head off. To me, Tabasco hits the right balance of heat and smokiness without being bitter and has always been my go-to when seeking heat.. I just recently discovered the Raspberry Chipotle and I absolutely LOVE the taste of this. The first note you taste is the sweetness of the raspberry, followed by mild heat from the Chipotle. It doesn't leave your mouth burning - just leaves a pleasant "warmth". I bought it on a whim but then had to figure out what to use it on. My garden is going bonkers right now, with Chocolate Cherry tomatoes and cukes coming in almost every day. Sliced a cuke, halved some maters and fine chopped some red onion and tossed in a handful of Craisens and toasted pine nuts., I mixed a basic vinaigrette with white balsamic vinegar and olive oil, added some fine snipped chives, parsely and purple basil. a little RealSalt Kosher salt and a few drops of the Raspberry Chipotle. Hubby is not a big salad fan, nor does he like heat - but this one was a home run - even with a little heat!.

Very nice, not too hot…. Smokey with fruity edge. Great so far with cheese, red meats and mushrooms.
