Had one of these as a child and cannot wait to give to my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. Love that it has a drawer for plate storage. I know this will be a hit. They are so fun and sure to keep little hands busy and creative

This year for Christmas my husband and I decided to go lighter on the toys as Christmas is getting too far away from the true meaning. The kids received some clothes and some homemade gifts. We did get them each a couple of well thought out toys though, and this was one of them for my daughter who loves art and pretty clothes. She played with this for most of the day on Christmas. I have stacks of these drawings around the house, and they are really neat. It took her a few tries to get it down, but she got it, and I have to admit that I had a good time doing them with her. A half sheet of standard paper works perfect and you can use the crayon that comes (use it flat on it's side) or a pencil on it's side and then you can erase the lines. Wonderful gift for a little girl!

My kids got this kit for Christmas, and they have really enjoyed playing with it. For those who haven't used one before, the plates include raised images. You put a paper over the image and then rub the paper with a sideways crayon to imprint the image on the paper. For my younger daughter (almost 4), it took a while to get the hang of rubbing crayons sideways rather than drawing with the ends. My older daughter (6) picked it up faster. Both really enjoyed the process and the many possible combinations of heads/bodies/skirts. The pieces are all durable and well crafted. I do wish that the kit included some paper cut to size, but you can cut letter paper in half to fit. It would also be helpful if the kit had space for more crayons and included more crayons to do the rubbing (it only includes one rubbing crayon and 4 coloring crayons). You can supplement with crayons from other sets, but they don't fit well inside the kit. Finally, my daughters each got a different kit (one princess and one fashion design), and the pieces are not interchangeable across kits. This was disappointing. The kits are almost exactly the same size, but the plates on one are just a tiny bit bigger. With all that said, the actual rubbing is so fun that this is still a very good, inexpensive toy.

This was gift for my granddaughter - she is very creative - loves design - is very encouraged and this keeps her engrossed for hours!

My 7 year old loves this. It is easy for her to manipulate and allows her to be as wild and creative as she likes.

L’ho preso per mia figlia di 5 anni che ha imparato subito ad usarlo e ne è entusiasta. All’interno ci sono: 3 stampini per la testa, 3 per il tronco e 3 con le gambe, tutti fronte retro (per cui di fatto 6+6+6), un colore a cera nero, con il supporto per passare sopra lo stampo e 4 matite colorate. C’è un cassettino dove riporre le sagome e i colori. Non è proprio comodissimo mettere i fogli perchè se sono piccoli scivolano, se sono grandi non si chiude, un A4 diviso a metà va bene.

Llego con su empaque original intacto. La marca del juguete es garantía de calidad, ademas de entretener y echar a volar la creatividad mantiene a los niños lejos de pantallas por muy buen rato.

This brought back so many memories from my own childhood — I had something very similar when I was a kid, and the nostalgia was real! That made me even happier to gift it to my daughter, and it didn’t disappoint. We spent hours of fun together, laughing, playing, and just enjoying that quality time. It’s one of those toys/games that’s simple, timeless, and genuinely engaging for both kids and adults. My daughter loved it, and I loved seeing her so into it — it was such a joy to share a piece of my own childhood with her. It’s a fun toy and works fine but there is no hinge to open the lid, you just bend the plastic so it will certainly break.
