I keep them on me for post-meal situations when I’m out and about and want to ensure my breath isn’t telling the story of what I had for lunch. They dissolve quickly, don’t leave sticky residue, and feel a bit more tactical and discreet than chewing something for ten minutes like a contemplative cow. Pop one in, freshen up, carry on with life like a socially acceptable human. Small, effective, and surprisingly satisfying to use. Definitely my go-to over gum or mints now.

I tried Listerine mouth fresh strips and they are a great alternative to a breath spray. They are easy to use and really help freshen breath quickly without the need for a bottle. Simply put, these are exceptional items to keep your breath fresh. They melt on your tongue in seconds, and the only thing you need to do is make sure to align them evenly on your tongue to get the most out of them. The result is a very powerful and reassuring feeling of minty fresh breath, and they are extremely useful after lunch. I have reluctantly removed a star due to finding that eventually some of the packets seem to suffer, for an unknown reason, a freezing effect whereby the strips inside harden and appear almost frozen. I'm not sure if it is something that I am doing wrong, but I doubt it, for all I do is either leave them in my bedroom or keep them in my trouser pocket when I'm out and about.

Listerine floss packs what can I say about this. It brings back lots of nostalgia from the early 2000s. Honestly bought this just out of nostalgia. It honestly so strong the mint it does the job of good breath. It dissolves on your tongue instantly.
