Help me to relax and sleep

Thank you for the offer of your Magnesium Taurate. I think it has been about five years ago now that I was having a problem with palpitations and an elevated heart rate. I was scheduled for an ablation on a Wednesday. I did not want this surgery. I just felt it wasn’t right. The Friday before I stood in my kitchen and cried to the Lord saying, “Father if you don’t want me to have this surgery, please give me a sign.” I sat down to breakfast and there was a Doctors magazine laying at my right hand. After breakfast I picked it up to glance through it to see if my answer was to be found in it. Nothing, but it led me to research ablations and what I found was a foreign doctor who emphatically said, “Do not have an ablation for the wrong reasons.” I will not stop you from having a stroke. I got his point and then off to the right of my computer screen there was an ad for Magnesium and I was prompted to research it. I had all of the symptoms of low magnesium. I went to my chiropractor and asked him if he had any magnesium. It was not Magnesium Taurate but SP Magnesium Lactate. That fact that it was Magnesium at that point was what my body needed. I started taking it on Friday and by Sunday I was back to normal. I was praising the Lord and Monday I was on the phone cancelling my ablation. I had been researching the different types of Magnesium and discovered the Magnesium I was taking was doing its job but I also have a blockage in my heart that the doctors can not seem to be able to fix. They, according to my report, were going to try and put a stent in but they would have to force it in my vein and then compromise another vein and have to put one in there also. They decided to do an angioplasty and brought me from 70+% blocked to 60+% blocked. I am taking K-2mk7 for that problem but discovered in my research that Magnesium Taurate was preferred for heart issues. I new I could depend on the Standard Process Brand products as your Magnesium Lactate is what saved me. I switched to your Magnesium Taurate as it is doing a double duty for me in keeping me free from palpitations and an elevated high heart rate, and it is working in keeping the rest of my heart safe. I have not slept in weeks , I wake up with my heart racing in the middle of the night and a lot of anxiety . The doctor prescribes meds that have not been effective . I researched magnesium and read some reviews and this brand really works . I hope it continues to work for me but last night was the first time in weeks my heart was not racing in the middle of the night . I was able to go back to sleep and not feel panic . I’m thankful I found this product .

This product works. I am more relaxed, sleep through the night, and has helped with my blood pressure. I gave it four stars because it keeps me way to groggy the next morning, even just taking one capsule. This makes it hard for me to get around in the mornings. I think they need to make a lower dose for for those that are sensitive to supplements and medication.
