I’ve been using the ELERA Silicone Professional Cupping Therapy Set mainly on my upper back and shoulders to help with tension and tightness. The different cup sizes are useful — the medium cups worked best for my shoulders, while the larger ones suited the upper back area. The silicone itself feels durable and flexible, and it’s straightforward to use — just squeeze and apply. However, compared to machine-operated or pump-style cupping systems I’ve tried before, I found it more difficult to achieve a precise suction level. It can feel a bit trial-and-error to get the pressure just right, especially on areas that are harder to reach on your own like the upper back. Once positioned properly, the cups do stay in place and provide noticeable muscle release, but controlling the intensity isn’t as exact as with a mechanical system. For beginners or those new to cupping, there may be a small learning curve. Overall, this is a practical and affordable option for at-home cupping, particularly if you’re comfortable adjusting suction manually. It works well for general muscle tension, but those used to professional or machine-assisted cupping may notice the difference in control.

Easy to use,stay very firm and long.The pressure is fit for tge thetapy,not too big or small.The rim is tight fit no leak is possible even without message oil to skin.I used many types of vaccum cup.Electric one is eady to use but may be over the edge if you keep push up vaccumn.Will hurt the skin epidermic if over extract.Vacumn cup with valve always leak make them useless after serveral use.So,my conclusion is these silicon cups are the best with multiples cups use in the same time for different location points.Save time,enhance eficiency therapy. Prices is not the cheapest even thrse design is simple but very effective.

Quality- Weak suction for physio or sports massage. It works well if it's just spa type of massage. Function- easy to use, but hard to clean inside it, as stuff gets underneath in areas that are hard to target. Durability - very good. Doesn't break and if it falls it's quite and doesn't disturb the people. Comfort - for a beginner it works ok but for professional absolutely not. Value for money- little on the expensive side but not off putting.

I can honestly say that these are the best silicone cups that I have used to date. They have a strong suction, but the strength is adaptable once you become familiar with them. They come with 3 sizes, the smaller ones are excellent for working around the back of the neck, and they also stick firmly when applying to the feet. The medium and large cups have a smooth glide for a massage effect that is great for breaking down solid and tight muscular tissue. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the necessary cupping skills.

Had cupping for the first time during a massage last weekend. Immediately went home and ordered these. I've used them on my neck, back, hip and knees. They work so well. Strong suction. Wasn't expecting to feel so relaxed while using them but it honestly puts me into a zen like state. Drink a lot of water after to flush the toxins it pulls. Wake up the next day feeling like a new person. Well at least a less sore person. Highly recommend.

Facile da usare anche su se stesse applicando un prodotto sulla pelle per farle scivolare. Consigliate come massaggio anticell o drenante.
