Excellent quality and very easy to use. The flavor is mild and pairs perfectly with shakes, coffee, or smoothies. I like that it is organic and natural. It has helped me feel more energetic throughout the day. Highly recommended!

This stuff works. Been using it since having back to back miscarriages back in 2015. This is the only thing that balanced my hormones. The taste is horrible like eating dirt. But mask it in smoothies or oatmeal. Use it 4 weeks straight and off a week. Then start back again. Maca root is an adaptogen. This makes you will make you hungry, extremely fertile, give energy, great sleep, use it after workout and you won’t have sore muscles. Benefits outweighs the taste. This will also make you gassy when you first start but after everything will balance. Best used during the day. I started off with 1tsp a day for a week. Then I went up to 1tbsp a day and stuck to that. As for the P65 warning on the back of the packaging. It is required BY LAW for every company to add the P65 warning on packaging when being sold in CA. As a company, you won’t be able to sell anything to the state of CA if the warning isn’t there. From clothing to food to skincare. This is a natural root that grows in the mountains of Peru. I am not worried about the P65 warning as it’s on everything.

I decided to try Maca as it was recommended for my reproductive system issues. I recently decided to give up taking medications as they weren't helping with my reproductive system issues or my hypothyroidism. I have seen it in my local Whole Foods store for $20 a bag, so Amazon definitely has a great price if you get free shipping. I first tried 1/2tsp Maca in about 4oz of water. The taste wasn't bad at all. I noticed an energized feeling immediately, almost to the point of being jittery but not quite. I got on my elliptical machine and felt my workout went smoother and I felt better throughout the workout. The energized feeling lasted all day, though at times I found it to be a bit much. Clearly Maca is powerful and you need to start out very slowly with it. I have since been putting a 1/2tsp of Maca into a smoothie each morning that I split with my boyfriend. We use frozen fruit, unsweetened coconut milk beverage, 1tbsp maple syrup, 1/4c chia gel, 1/2tsp matcha powder, 1tsp acai powder, and the 1/2tsp Maca powder. It doesn't taste too great since adding the Maca powder, it has a strong flavor in smoothies unlike in water, but I force down the 4oz smoothie each morning. Since adding it to a smoothie and splitting it, I feel energized without the nearly jittery feeling. I have felt great, I've been sleeping through the night, I have energy during the day... it's fantastic. I'm also taking a few other things to help with my specific medical issues so I am not sure what is helping with what, but I do know the Maca gives me great energy, I can exercise without dreading it, and I no longer require naps or feel like I'm dragging in the middle of the day. That itself is worth it!

It was great! The flavor was very earthy and I had so much energy after taking it. I would definitely recommend!

I can't really speak for the benefits of this product because I could not get past the smell and taste which was horrific. I had to read other reviews to ensure that I didn't get a bad batch because I couldn't even finish the smoothie I made with it. I truly wished I knew that it was this unpleasant before I ordered it. Yuck!!! I will need to order caplets of this instead.
