We waited much longer for delivery than advertised and the plastic hinge on the folding base was broken on arrival.

Quality of the product is poor. They look great but we ordered 6 abs 3 broke in less than 2 months. The response form the company is completely unacceptable, taking no responsibility for dames and faulty parts. They have also in an email stated these are made cheaply with cheap parts but sold for £120 doesn’t seem cheap to me, avoid at all costs

Correct item but arrived damaged. Bought as a birthday present so incredibly disappointing. Plastic of the lounger was cracked. No option for replacement which was outrageous. Return appalling as a huge heavy item and only option was to take to a UPS drop off point, no idea how I am going to manage that. Required a printer to print off label . Phoned amazon customer service and that was no help at all. All in all terrible experience. Would not recommend buying because of this. So disappointed.

Bed is fine but no cushions supplied. This is because add is misleading. You have to select charcoal grey which is costlier. A very simple advertising technique which i fell foul of. Wouldnt buy again as cost is then in realms of better products available.

I bought 2 of these sun loungers and they were both broken on delivery. I now have to organise collection myself for them to be returned, to Germany from the UK, which is not straight forward. They are large boxes and I cannot carry one myself, let alone both of them to a drop off point. This is absolutely unacceptable and a huge inconvenience and I am really upset and frustrated that Amazon can't help me with the returns process. Don't buy them, it will only cause you a load of hassle.

Item broke trying to return but courier came in a vehicle too small to take and there is no option anywhere to get another courier. Am now left with a £120 broken sunlounger. Absolute waiste of money

Really disappointed with this product. It arrived faulty with the hinges already broken off. When returning this item we had to pay to return it to Amazon in Slovakia even though it was a ‘Prime’ order and not advertised as coming from the EU. Despite Amazon saying they will refund our cost once the item has been returned I feel like this is a lot of hassle for a faulty item. Very disgruntled.

Voor de derde keer een 1 van de 2 ligbedden geretourneerd. . Voor de derde keer bij precies hetzelfde ligelement ( middelste deel) is het verbindingselement stuk. Aangezien het van plastic is kunnen we het niet zelf repareren. Het lijkt er haast op dat wij 3x het zelfde ligbed hebben ontvangen, want bij alle 3 ligbedden bij exact hetzelfde verbindingsstuk is deze defect. Een 4e keer bestellen gaan we niet meer doen. Dus nu maar 1 ligbed terwijl we er 2 wilden hebben. Balen!

Ich hatte die Liege bereits bei einem anderen Anbieter bestellt und dort wurde sie leider defekt geliefert. Da mir aber die Optik so gut gefallen hat, habe ich sie über Amazon nochmal bestellt, in der Hoffnung, dass sie auf dem Transport nicht kaputt gehen würde. Nach nur 2 Tagen war die Liege da und ich bin sehr begeistert. Sie war sehr gut verpackt und ist nicht in dem Karton „herumgefallen“. Der Aufbau war einfach und ging schnell. Es musste nur das Kopfteil mit einem Klick befestigt werden und die Füße in die Vorrichtungen gesteckt werden. Die Auflage passt perfekt auf die Liege und wird mit einem verstellbaren Band am Kopfteil gehalten. Die Liegefläche ist fest und sehr bequem. Das Kopfteil lässt sich nach Belieben verstellen und so kann man entweder sitzen oder liegen. Die Liege lässt sich durch Entfernen der Füße und des Kopfteils platzsparend zusammenklappen. Am Ende des Sommers kann man sie also einfach verstauen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass man die Liege leicht verstellen kann, obwohl sie keine Rollen hat. Sie ist leicht und man hat trotzdem nicht das Gefühl, dass sie bei einem Windhauch davon fliegt. Über die Wetterfestigkeit kann ich natürlich noch nichts sagen. Bei mir wird sie im Sommer im Garten, bzw. geschützt auf der Terrasse stehen. Im Winter werde ich sie geschützt aufbewahren. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kauf und die Liege ist für diesen Preis inkl. der Auflage ein echtes Schnäppchen.
