Siang nasal inhalers are similar to the standard Vick's menthol little round inhaler. These however are stronger and longer acting. They also have spare liquid that can refresh the inner cloth portions of the inhaler making them last considerably longer than the standard Vick's inhaler. They come in a convenient multi-pack so you can keep one at home, one at the office, and one in your gym bag. I will never use Vick's inhalers again after using these as the Siang inhalers are a much better value for the money

I have allergies and nasal sinus swelling year round. Sometimes I'm congested and other times I have a runny nose. This little aromatherapy nasal inhaler is a God-send for congestion. I keep it in my pocket or my purse, and I can use it whenever I need it. It really does help me feel like I'm breathing better, and it's refreshing. I love the scents of peppermint and eucalyptus, and this has a strong but quickly dissipating smell of both. Each one also comes with a refill at the bottom of the inhaler. It's worth every penny.

These were AMAZING!! I bought a few when I was in Asia but used them up and was so glad to see I could purchase some on Amazon. They work great when sick, or even when you just need a fresh smell in your nose. They are suuuuper strong and menthol-y, which I love. Highly recommend!

Ok, extra oil is nice

I've had a cough for 45 years and I've ruined teeth by sucking on cough drops. These inhalers calm my coughing and obviously help me so that I won't be ruining my teeth ingesting large amounts of sugar or ingesting large amounts of artificial sweeteners. The aroma is not harsh or stringent and is quite calming and inviting and it frees up my airways and calms my cough immediately. I can't believe how much these work at opening my airways and giving my sinuses a invigorating yet calming sensation. I would recommend these for anyone that has a irritation in their airways be it their sinuses or lungs. I don't have asthma but I do have a dry hacking cough that has been with me for years because when I was younger I worked in an industrial setting where I breathed in silicone dust. Firewise sometimes gets mucus or I just get overly dry as well and begin to have a mild irritating repeating cough. I have a times had the cough worsen because of GERD... These inhalers seem to not only reduce those symptoms but they also free up my entire breathing passages from lungs to nostrils sinuses throat and everything else and I can't recommend them highly this is quite a wonderful product is the perfect mix of the ingredients.

Not just that it looks better than anything else out there, but that it lists out its ingredients clearly, and that each one comes with an integrated reservoir of surplus oil so that you can refill it as needed. And the package clearly states that it's made in Thailand. I highly recommend it.

These are excellent! I know smells are objective, to me they kind of smell like original chapstick with a menthol finish. I got it because I was congested and wanted something non medicated to help with symptoms. not only does it keep my nose clear, but I am prone to migraines and it also really helped relax my head. There is a little container of oil that you can use to drop onto the wick to refill when you feel it get weak. I just stick the container in the notch at the top and shake it a few times. Make sure to wipe off any excess oil off both during refill and the first few times you use it after refill, as if the oil directly touches the inside of your nose it can be quite strong and even burn a little for a few minutes.

After using Vicks inhalers for years, these work a lot better. I could constantly use others 4-5x every hour just to breathe, after using these for 3x in a 45 minute session I was 100% cleared up from a stuffy nose I’d been fighting for 2 weeks. Not even running nose or medicine head feeling afterwards.
