I love my pan! It is heavy and high quality. The non-stick coating really does work and I am able to grill meats and such and have them look like they came off a gas or charcoal grill. Washes up like a dream too!

I bought this product back in September and put it in the closet. Wrapped it for Christmas, and when I open the box, the pan handle is broken. Well, it's now beyond the return window and I'm out of luck. Guess I will be buying her a replacement pan of a different variety for Valentine's Day!

I am very picky about my pans as I have a glass topped electric range. This pan functions perfectly, heating to a high temperature to create those beloved grill marks on my chicken, fish, beef and even veggies. It has not inflicted any damage on my cooktop, grills like an outdoor grate, and cleans up like a dream.

For those times you don't want to/ can't fire up the gas or charcoal grill, this is an excellent alternative. We have many other Scanpan products and love them all. Some of the best cookware available, especially for glass top stoves. The grill pan takes slightly longer to heat up because of the extra thickness, but that's to be expected. The grease stays away from the food and is easier to drain into a jar because of the square shape. Slightly tougher to clean because of the ribbed bottom, but the non-stick surface almost makes this a non-issue. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I tend to use a large square grill pan a lot in our kitchen. We needed to replace ours and I chose this particular brand while browsing on the Amazon web site. This seems to be a high quality pan and we have used it many times since our purchase just before the holidays. The new non-stick pans are much more ego friendly that the coatings from years ago.

I purchased a full Scanpan cook set, along with several additional pieces, including the 10.5" square grill pan. Luckily, these have a lifetime warranty, as I've sent 3 pieces back due to the non-stick coating failing, and recently this grill pan also started flaking off the non-stick coating on the top of several of the grill ridges. I'll be sending back for a replacement, then packing up for use later as they are nice heavy pans. Scanpan may have changed the coating process recently, as my pans are 4 years old now. With so many pans out for replacement, I purchased an All-Clad set, however, I just say the replacement process went smoothly. I am now looking for a good grill pan and will probably try a Calaphon square grill pan, as my friend swears by hers which is over a year old, uses it several days a week, and still holding up. I rated it a 3, but would rate other Scanpans a 4.

Fabulous great for indoor grilling

I've gone through many gas grills over the years, & this is the best way to grill indoors. Been using it to make turkey burgers every weekend for over 2 months, & I really like this pan. Food doesn't stick to it, it's solid, easy to clean, & the price was very reasonable. Definitely would recommend it to others. UPDATE: after 1 year, the coating started rubbing off. I replaced this with a Lodge cast iron grill pan. Only thing that could flake off now is olive oil. I doubt that'll negatively affect me.

I have a small collection of these pans and this one is another must for anyone's kitchen. These pans are fantastic !! Totally transforms your cooking results and so easy to clean, stop buying cheap pans and treat yourself. Worth every penny !!!!

I have a whole series of Scan Pans. They are the best. Made on Denmark. They are expensive but are well worth the extra cost. I bought this as a gift for someone. An extra bonus is that as long as you look after these pans, they clean up easily with minimum effort. Certain rules apply. Don’t over heat and don’t immerse while hot into water. Don’t scrape with metal spatulas. My existing pans are now more than a year old and still lasting well.
