These arch supports are comfortable and once fitted properly within your shoe, to fit your arch, they are extremely comfortable. I had to play with mine a bit, before I had them so they supported my foot in the perfect spot, but once I was able to do that, I was amazed at the instant comfort, support and pain relief these allowed. The package I selected offers several colors which I love because they truly blend into the colors of most shoe inserts or soles. They work great in sandals, too. The adhevise is excellent and allows for many adjustments without losing the "stay-in -place" quality. I plan to repurchase and place these in all of my shoes.

I am amazed that the ratings aren't higher on this product!! These are truly the best and easiest to use arch supports that I have ever purchased on Amazon (or elsewhere). I found that the adhesive backing held them in place in most shoes. The fixative on the pad is great — it is obviously strong when you pull it from the backing. The issue lies on the shoe bed. If it is soiled or a spongy material it may not adhere as well. For me, I only had one pair of shoes with a surface that it did not stick as solidly. With pressure and use, I'm sure it would stay put. I also found the size worked great for me. I wear women's 6.5 shoes. I actually have high arches (not flat feet), but I need these because even top brand shoes seem to lack good arch support. Also, the arch pad is sufficiently thick and comfortably soft and a bit squishy. I would highly recommend them — I'm ordering more!!!

These inserts stick well to rubber, foam, and plastic surfaces, and provide great support—not just for flat feet but also for high arches. Just note: they don’t adhere to cloth insoles. Still, they’re durable, comfortable, and make a real difference.

These seemed to be the best quantity & price as far as I could tell. It seemed to me that more expensive ones couldn't be so different, right? These came vey nicely packaged, each pair in its own small zip locked bag. The adhesive is very strong yet I was still able to reposition them in order to get the most comfortable placement. Lately my feet seem to be "acting up" in terms of pain along the side/bottom of my foot, as well as my ankles & knees. Fun! These arch supports have helped to alleviate these issues. When you first put them in and put your shoe on, the arch support does feel a bit hard but after a short time, it (maybe?) softens up or maybe you get used to it?? In any event, I totally recommend these!

When in the right place they halo keep my arches very happy. But they move & shift where I slide my feet in & out of my boots so I have to reposition them a the more I do this, the less stick they have.

They are of good quality.And they are comfortable. I have a lot of shoes. So.. I just put them in whatever pair of shoes I'm going to wear for the day. The arch is in the perfect place. So.. they feel good.

Convenient to keep to pop in any shoe that you don't or can't get a full insoles in. Love them for my sandles.
