Our Valup Broom & Dustpan Set arrived very quickly. Setup was extremely simple and took all of maybe one minute to complete! We love this broom & dustpan set, it is very lightweight and the handles are a decent length - this was extremely important for us since our last set had shorter handles which left my back in agony before I even finished sweeping the entire floor...I have yet to have an issue with this since using our new Valup Broom & Dustpan set!! We also love the teeth design on the dustpan (it has been helpful with getting hair & dust buildup out of the broom, without making an even bigger mess). Lastly, I have to comment on our customer service experience with this purchase. Very shortly after receiving our new broom & dustpan, I was contacted by the seller - they wanted to verify that we received our set okay and that there was no damage or issues with the delivery or product. The seller was very considerate and took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase of their product. It was so refreshing to hear from the seller - they were very proactive regarding our order and it was obvious that they wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Exceptional Customer Service - I wish more sellers would be as concerned with their customers satisfaction as this one...I would gladly make another purchase with this seller - we were extremely impressed with them!!

Definitely worth the price . obviously this is a very cheap broom and dustpan. The broom doesn’t really clip on to the handle of the dustpan in a practical place, but it doesn’t matter much to me. Broom works great and was worth what I paid for it.

Being a klutz, I fell, broke my hip and had to have emergency hip replacement. The worst part of the entire ordeal has been limited ability to do things I previously never gave a second thought - like sweeping. Well, I could sweep, but was not able bend to use the standard dustpan to remove the collected debris which kinda defeated the whole purpose of sweeping. After reading numerous reviews this set seemed to be the best value and to have been a satisfactory purchase for many others. It was easy to put together and is lightweight. It would be easier to get into corners if the broom was angled, but it otherwise is very effective at clearing small particles with minimal strokes, especially the bits of kitty litter infallibly scattered by my dear cats. The dustpan fits evenly against the floor and debris is easily swept into it with little to none escaping under the lip. The comb on the upper edge of the dustpan effectively removes hair and dust from the bristles of the broom. I also like that the broom can be stored in the dustpan and there is a clip to keep them together. I'm very pleased with this product and highly recommended it.

At first, I thought that this was a pretty good product for a decent price. I couldn't believe that I had been bending over every day after I swept to pick up the mess. BUT 6 months later and the rubber strip on the pan has lifted up so that now everything I try to sweep into the pan gets swept right underneath the dustpan. I find myself shopping for another broom. Also, the assembly required that metal rods be twisted to create the broomstick and these would come undone and need to be re-screwed from time to time. If I could do it again, I would not get this broom.

At 70 years old I decided to make my life easier. No more bending down to the floor using a hand held dustpan for me. Does the job easily without bending over and thus no back pain. Does a thorough job, fitting snuggly to the floor and no debris slips under it. Excellent! I really like it and glad I ordered it.

This is lame.. I was so excited to get this broom & dustpan, particularly for the dust pan since it has teeth. I assembled the broom fine. Then I went to assemble the dustpan.. the threading is either stripped or it was manufactured wrong. The handle for the dustpan doesn’t screw in like it should. I can set it in the hole but that’s useless.. I would return it if I could, but stupid me got rid of the box before assembling it. (note to self: don’t do that again!) so I basically just threw $20 away. No way to contact the seller either... Keep looking.

I am very happy with this broom and dustpan. It is very well made, a quality product especially for the price. It was super easy to put together and it offers to sizes for handles. I am 5'5 and my husband is 6'6 so he can extend the handles to fit him. I also like that I can store it hanging or standing upright. I would definitely recommend.

Broom was fine but dust pan is terrible-is not flush with the floor so only the large pieces end up in the pan and all the smaller crumbs and debris go under. The directions say if the lip of the dustpan is not flush with the floor just “press on it for 60-90 seconds”! Very inconvenient.
