What is the exact color? One picture looks green the other blue.

I would describe it as a dark bluish grey (more grey than blue & definitely not green) with rusty accents. I like mine but the color doesn't look like the picture.

Is it easy to replace batteries and set time? Also, is it too loud to be close to the bed?

The battery changing is easy, just by be careful taking off the back piece, I stripped the screw trying to get it out, so now I have to get a new screw. I didn't read anyone else having this problem, so maybe it was me! The time is easy to set but the tick tock would bother me if by the bed.
