Helps calm my mind

I am learning how to use these and they have become extremely important to me. In fact the Bach flower remedies have helped a lot and Flower Essence Society remedies have taken the study of these substances even further. I'm happy to know that I can find them here as they are not sold locally.

I thought this was going to be a product with a natural chamomile scent. It has no scent at all. So if you are looking for something with a scent this isn't it. If you are looking for something odorless, this is, completely. So it isn't at all what I expected, but I think that was because I didn't really know what I was buying. Shipped on time, in good packaging.

I was super excited to get this flower essence. I've read great things about them and I read in an astrology report I could benefit from this particular one. It doesn't have much of a taste or smell in my opinion. You can feel the alcohol a little bit. I think spiritually I am not there yet because I never take it after the initial excitement and I read somewhere that if you're not consistent with essences then leave them alone for a little while because you're not ready.
