If you've followed Jim Stoppani for any length of time, you know that his knowledge, passion, and integrity to help people achieve a higher level of fitness is unparalleled. This product became available as I recovered from a recent surgery and I thought it would be a good way to ease back into working out. After reading more about resistance bands from Dr. Stoppani, I realized that they confer benefits in addition to rehabilitation; they are in several ways superior to weights, as counter-intuitive as it might seem. The linear progressive resistance recruits more fast-twitch fibers at the apex of the movement which is more conducive to growth, there is constant tension, drop sets are much simpler and quicker (and modulating weight by smaller increments than 5 or 10 pounds is possible, allowing you to squeeze every last bit of effort from a movement), they often allow for stretching of the muscle which results in a stronger contraction, and the ability work in different planes that don't rely on gravity to provide the resistance are a few of those added benefits. As a practical matter, if you travel, no more making due in a hotel gym with one treadmill and dumbbells up to 25 pounds or searching the area to pay $10 or $15 or more for a one-day pass. In terms of the product, it is very tough, high quality, and it comes with every accessory you need to workout at home or enhance your gym workouts by adding bands to the weights for presses, squats, rows and more. It's good to have whole packages.Awesome things.1. Multiple handles, straps, and attachments for group training. Utilize straps for multi body part attachment training.2. Verity sizes/load resistance so training from corrective to heavy weight lifting at one spot.3. Lifetime warranty-$6 for any size replacement after 90 days!!! A few years ago, I purchased some SPRI exercise bands and while they were good, they aren't even in the same league with these Bodylastics Jym Stoppani Exercise bands. One of the nicest features is the clip. It allows for much more versatile use of the bands. You can easily clip more than one together to increase resistance. It also makes attaching the handles and ankle attachments easy and secure. This kit comes with Jim Stoppani's Superman booklet (also available on his subscription website www.jimstoppani.com) as well as a helpful wall chart. The gym bag is made of durable nylon and easily holds all the equipment in a compact manner. One thing I love is that this kit is not only compact, but also complete and that makes taking it on vacation or trips a breeze since it doesn't take up much space!

Completely amazing, everything you need is there, so easy to use, tons of resistance, so much variety, I was surprised how hard of a workout I can do with these but they wore me out. This is worth every penny and then some, be sure to check out JimStoppani.com for great band workouts they're really helpful to learn everything you can do with these. One thing to be prepared for, when I got mine the rubber/chemically smell was pretty strong but goes away after a little time.

Excellent compliment to gym or if you don't have room for a full home gym. Lots of resistance makes it great for beginners or more advanced lifters. The quality of these is unreal and the handles and included accessories make for literally hundreds of types of exercises. The bag is top notch with heavy duty stitching and zippers and fits everything and then some room for extra stuff. I would highly recommend this set of exercise bands to anyone looking to use equipment at home or on the go or in addition for a free weight program.

Perfect resistance weights from beginners to advanced. Very durable plenty of connectors from multiple hand grips to ankle straps. Usage guide to get you started and able to adjust to hit multiple angles. It was for my wife mainly but I have taken it to work and before eating lunch able to hit a few sets. Portable, removed excuses of no time. I was using some of my wifes older ones then it busted while doing files and I decided to step her equipment up. #Jym army

I purchased this kit because I will be living out of a hotel for the next 3 months because of work. I had very high hopes because of all of the reviews etc. The bands are of high quality, and provide a nice array of exercises. However, mine did not come with the exercise guides and instructions that it was supposed to. I called and emailed bodylastics but haven't received a response indicating there were going to send them over. If I received all the of the proper instructions, I would have rated this a 5. Quality control and customer service is lacking.
