![Madame X (Rainbow Picture Disc) [VINYL]](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51zAcaREirS.jpg)

Fourteenth studio album by the legendary American singer-songwriter, featuring the singles 'Medellín' (with Colombian singer and rapper, Maluma), 'Crave' and 'God Control'. Review: The Most Fluid Madonna Album Since Confessions - Madonna ensures that all her albums are different. The same applies here. I don't get the negativity from some surrounding this album. The vibe is latin - she made it clear that was the case since saying her latest stuff was inspired by Portugal and its music. Medellin is a good opener but the album gets better as it progresses. Dark Ballet is, in my opinion the weak link, it's as if Beautiful Game was recorded, got tired of but was included because fans wanted it to be, but it sounds like a half finished song that just needed something but nobody could decide what. God Control is fabulous. "We lost God Control" sings a choir in the style of Like A Prayer but with a 70's Disco beat a la Michael Jackson. Future is a good track and Batuka is simple and quite sweet while being rhythmic and drum lead. Killers Who Are Partying is a bit of self indulgence, it's as if she has chosen a chocolate in a bag of sweets but didn't really enjoy it. Crave is in my opinion, a bit uninspiring and is there just for the sake of it. I liked Crazy because it reminded me of Cheris and True Blue. Come Alive is a highlight and Extreme Occident is a nice ballad. Faz Gostoso is a good song and Bitch I'm Loca builds us up to the end of the album with possibly the three strongest tracks. I Don't search, I find is house trippy and Looking For Mercy is one of her strongest ballads. I Rise concludes a flowing, cohesive album and the style suits Madonna. If you are expecting True Blue MkII then you are not going to be happy. If you expect a stand alone Madonna album that is full of acoustic and rhythm then you'll like this album. I think it's her best album for over a decade and is miles ahead of the disjointed Rebel Heart that had no flow or theme. A great album. Review: WAKE UP AND GET A COPY OF THIS !!! - Absolutely genius, this was always going to be the best of this decade... I still want this lady to be totally given the respect of the same status as the male counterparts She has grown into an amazing artist :, we have never been so reluctant to lavish her with the most important artist of all time Think , just joint first place with the 15 year career of the Beatles, She is nevertheless used to doing twice as much as the next artist , that’s all I can think of - as she is a true artist and a person , Who has opinions, big massive, huge bollocksed opinions that are beyond the average joe in intelligence. But again, she is still her naive student in big Apple, She has been so much more than an artist, The ultimate ledgendary MADONNA, Is it true that vinyl is worth more with the 1st record having the best typeo Side A is side B and vice versa .??? Her best album in 15 years!
I don't think any of us was ready for this Album every repeat blows me away! ❤ My Top Five tracks are GOD CONTROL ❌ This is Madonna at her best and her best song since hung up! It has choir a disco beat and american life political vibes! KILLERS WHO ARE PARTYING ❌ fusion of sounds that I have never heard before and I love the meaning of the song LOOKING FOR MERCY ❌ One of Madonnas best ballads since drowned world substitute for love! EXTREME OCCIDENT ❌ love the lyrics and the middle eastern beats I DON'T SEARCH I FIND ❌ Classic Madonna 90s and it sounds fresh! This album is up there for me with Confessions, American Life & Ray of light! ❤ Finally Enough Love ❤

Madame X!!
Madonna never fails to keep her sound up to date. Each time she releases a new album, it becomes my favourite of hers. I Love this album, but I took a few listens. They do say a great record grows on you over time, and if you’re initially not impressed, please stick with it, as the songs will slowly sink into you consciousness and you’ll appreciate them. Stand out tracks for me are, ‘Crave’, ‘Living For Mercy’ (available on the Deluxe edition), Medellin’, ‘Crazy’ and ‘Future’. Madonna’s voice sounds really fresh and well delivered. She is flexing her vocal chords here, and demonstrating she can sing well, occasionally using auto-tune for a dramatic and artistic effect, rather than to correct her tone.

Experimental & Complex, Stunning, hopeful & so Brave 💯
A Brilliant & often superb body of work by the queen of pop & Reinvention. Madame ❌ has many layers & goes much deeper than she's ever gone before & tackles many World issues & injustices with honesty, solidarity & hope. There are so many flavours & sounds on this album & sometimes a dozen twists & turns in just one song...so many different styles, instruments, sounds & treatments, means more than one version of each song could have been released & i wonder what MX would have looked like in a different/classic mix. It's gonna take a while to hear & appreciate it all & I look foward to this new journey & every intreging New song & chapter. Well done Madonna... MX Is the reason Artist need to keep evolving & creating 💎❤️🙏❌🎧

Brilliant fresh album
Give this album a try, with an open mind, and you will be amazed how fresh and different it sounds to anything else Madonna has done before. It's nostalgic and poignant at times, but very positive. Yes, it draws from many coultures, that's why it's a winner. I hear people complaining it has no commercial bangers, except Medellin. That's why I love it. There's no need to record another Conessions or Ray of Light. It's truly fresh and and that's why I love it. Great job! P.S. Update after a few months of listening to Madame X- still LOVE it and every time discover something new. And the vinyl sound quality is SUPERB! :)

Vinyl version review
Bought this via amazon used warehouse deals for £24.07 bargain hey! Item was in a much better condition than I was expecting! Having had bad experiences with used items it was a pleasant surprise. The sound quality is very nice and sounds better than my digital copy. This album is a grower!! Took me a few listens to get it and I now absolutely love it! Very very different but so perfect! ❤️ BTW The print track list contains a misprint which makes this all the more collectible.

Quite possibly Madonna’s deepest and most meaningful album yet. As even Madonna has mentioned, “this isn’t meant to be background music”, so to fully appreciate the artistic meaning and beauty of Madame X, each song calls for intent listening. Those of us who wish to listen with an open mind will realize that every song has various meanings such as the search for independence or freedom, the will to survive into possibly an uncharted future, uniqueness and acknowledging that it’s simply alright to be yourself without conforming to what others may believe is right or wrong. There are many other messages that are offered in this beautiful piece of artistic expression. That sound of Jamaican like music and lyrics only serve to accentuate Madame X. With this said, this is not your typical or usual Madonna, but after a couple of careful listens, I quickly realized that this might be the jewel in her complete catalogue. If nothing else, one must be appreciative that Madonna was willing to step out of her comfort zone and express what she is presently experiencing as that’s what a true artist does. Many thanks and kudos to Madame X for this amazing piece of artistry.

I jeszcze bronienie islamu....
