Such a simple idea that works very well!
I don't have the balance to stand like the lady in the picture, but I put the D-ring portion under the leg of my couch and it works great! It is easy to use and gives you the stretch you want. The stretching strap has plenty of length, too, so you don't have to worry about being overly close to the door or the couch. Easy to use, cost effective, durable, Yes please!

Sturdy and functional
Not stretchy at all, but there is plenty of length to gradually build extension.

Love it
Perfect for my cheerleader! It hangs super easy right over the doorway. They only think I would say is I wish it stayed on the door it falls off when you open the door

Easy to use/set up.
Very easy to use and set up took only seconds. It definitely helps with stretching, especially if you are starting out or getting back to it.

Can be used sitting as well as standing!
This is great. I do martial arts and wanted to increase my flexibility. The strap is really strong and durable, simple design but really effective. Cant wait to see progress as I continue to use it. Turned up quickly, great quality. I also use it on the floor for box splits - one foot against something solid, and put the strap under the door instead of on top and pull as you would normally. Multi use!
