Triple Paste Diaper Rash Cream, Zinc Oxide Baby Ointment, 2 oz

This is the best diaper rash cream ever. After two kids and LOTS of diaper changes, I’m definitely sold on Triple Paste. It works so quickly, literally within a couple hours, on even the most stubborn rashes. It is very thick and forms a great barrier. I’ve tried at least 5 other brands of zinc based creams, and nothing even comes close. It is a bit pricier than others, but absolutely worth it. I’ll be buying them as baby shower gifts for everyone I know!

I bought this specifically to use on my face at night after damaging my skin barrier from overdoing active skincare products. Even though it’s technically a diaper rash cream, it ended up working surprisingly well as an overnight barrier cream for dry, irritated skin. The texture is very thick and rich, so I only use a small amount as the last step in my nighttime routine. It creates a protective layer that helps lock in moisture overnight, and by morning my skin usually feels calmer, softer, and less tight. I noticed it helped a lot with flaky areas around my cheeks and nose. I also like that it doesn’t have a heavy fragrance or that burning feeling some skincare products can cause when your skin is already irritated. It does leave a greasy finish, but since I only use it before bed, that doesn’t really bother me. The tube is on the smaller side, but because the formula is so thick, a little goes a long way. I wouldn’t personally use this during the day or under makeup, but for nighttime skin barrier support it’s been really helpful.

This cream is thick – like, properly thick – but that's exactly what you want. It creates a really durable barrier between his delicate skin and all that moisture and irritation. Even with what feels like non-stop pooping, his skin has stayed clear. On the one occasion where I saw a tiny bit of redness starting (probably because I wasn't quick enough with a change!), applying this cleared it right up by the next diaper change. It seems to really soothe the skin quickly, which might be thanks to the botanicals they include along with the heavy dose of zinc oxide. Knowing it's hypoallergenic gives extra peace of mind for brand new, sensitive skin. Honestly, while no one enjoys constant diaper duty, this cream has taken away the extra worry about dealing with painful rashes on top of everything else. It truly helps prevent the rash, even in these extreme newborn conditions, and treats any little spots that might try to sneak through. Definitely keeping this on hand – it works.

This is the best rash cream I’ve found. It helped get rid of rashes on my daughter countless times. Other creams made it worse or didn’t work at all. BUY BUY BUY

This paste is great for really bad diaper rashes, it was recommended by my baby’s pediatrician. We had tried multiple options and nothing was working so when we got this we were a little doubtful but we saw improvement after a day! This is now the only paste we use to prevent and for them really bad diaper rashes.

Always clears up my baby's diaper rashes if she gets them.

My only complaint is how hard this is to get off of my own hands after I apply it to her butt. It’s a great barrier cream. Her diaper rash has improved and there’s minimal redness now just after a few times of using it also makes the poop easy to wipe off of her butt. It’s a good deal for your money. It works well. She’s comfortable with it. There’s a very minimal smell to it. Easy to apply and it’s a very thick cream.

Great product healed the rash quite easily thank you the tub version is great but the tub version is not my friend bought it and experienced issue so buy less and use it faster or seller please store the product well , Thank you.

I recently discovered Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for diaper rash, and while it’s marketed for babies, I found it to be a surprisingly effective product for facial basting as well.
