The best pro headset for work conferencing by far, but not perfect
Overall quality and performance are tops, the best there is: Audio quality on ear pieces and microphone are perfect, zero issues. Everything is clear on both ends and better than any other headset I have ever tried (and I've tried the most expensive Plantronics, Polycom, Sony, Jabra, Microsoft, and several other brands). Signal quality and general reliability are also the best there is. It always connect reliably and no static or disconnects or anything. It is well built and solid, yet it is light and comfortable. It also works perfectly (all features) with MS Teams, and Zoom, and WebEx. I have never had a headset that integrated fully with all 3 apps (all buttons and features). It has pro level features if you take the time to read the full manual. You can tweak several settings, which were useful for me. Also, setup is super easy and they provide you with all the cables and plugs (no skimping) My gripes: The mute on/off button on the headset are not great. There is one on the boom mic and another under the left ear piece (which is also the volume up and down). The one on the boom mic you have to press with you finger nail, it is so small. The one that is a shared button with the volume up/down isn't easy to press with one hand, and can lead to a volume change. I had another headset previously with a very easy to use big button on the boom for mute on/off The docking station is not great. Setting the headset down to charge is a delicate process that isn't just drop on the dock. You have to place it just right for the pins to line up (if you aren't careful, they don't line up and it won't charge the battery). Also, the size/position of the headset makes the other ear piece bump on the back of the dock and so you wiggle it over the dock and place it just right. It's kind of annoying. Also, the buttons on the dock have zero physical feel or response. They work reliably it seems. But you don't know if you pressed it without looking at the light on the button. These mute on/off features are important for those of us that work remotely. I toggle my mute button a dozen times each meeting, because I leave it on mute if I'm not talking. None of the 3 physical buttons are great for fast easy no-look usage. SUMMARY: Overall, it is the best headset I've ever used for conferencing (and I am pretty sure I've used all the most expensive ones from all the pro brands). Therefore, my gripes aren't enough to reduce a star. I like the audio and signal quality of this so much that if they made a new version with better mute button and dock, I would buy it and donate this one.

TERRIBLE - BE WARNED
Do NOT be fooled by this headset, it is a total LIE! I purchased this after careful reviews of this product being one of the best, if not the best, at sound quality and blocking out noise from noisy environments such as coffee shops. This was the number one reason why i chose this product. Instead, i got a product that faired no better than my standard $20 wired airpods. Despite what they claim, the headset offers almost NO blockage of noise coming from a noisy environment. I tried playing around the settings of EPOS Connect, i tried playing around the settings of Windows 11 and no luck. When you try to contact customer support, they redicrt your call to a rep in Europe who has no idea how to troubleshoot the product and instead just emails you a text link of common troubleshooting problems. When that went unresolved, i replied back, only to get an automated email message saying the rep "tried to conact me" which was a flat out LIE, and that the case is closed. This is one of the biggest pieces of junk ive ever purchased. I had people on the other line tell me repeatedly that they could not hear me clearly and that there was too much background noise. When i then called from my $20 wired headset, the callers on the other line who were close family and friends said they noticed no improvement at all with these headsets compared to the $20 ones i initially had. If i could give this a 0 out of 10 i would because of the poor product quality and the lack of customer support.

Great except for battery & charging
This headset sounds fantastic. When I started a new job in 2020, I found the person who sounded the best in all of my meetings and asked which headset they had. It was this one. The clarity is great. Background noise gets filtered out quite well. The range is excellent. I can walk from my basement office out to my mailbox while I'm on a call and it just works. My only complaints are about the battery. This thing is supposed to last all day on full charge, but I've only gotten about 4 hours of continuous operation out of it before I had to charge it. And the charging cradle is my least favorite part of the operation. It's very easy, for me anyway, to put the headset back on the cradle but to miss the sweet spot where it actually charges, so when I come in the next morning the battery is pretty much dead and I have to juggle the headset on and off the charger all day.

This is the best headset for Work from Home
I love this product, I have tried them all. - Jabra, Airpods, Platronics. This one just works brilliantly with my Macbook. Plug in via USB, set your speakers/mic to use it and its done. No extra config, no installing applications. Just works. Micrphone is great at blocking unwanted background noise. And best of all, no Bluetooth so your headset is always ready to go. The only mild complaint, I wish the headset was a little more padded. I could fix this if it wasn't for the global virus lockdown with a little bit of fabric. However, surprisingly it still feels pretty comfortable. Invest the cash, you won't regret it.

Pros and cons
Pros and cons Pros: long lasting battery, clear audio and itโs good at noise cancellation. And the microphone cancels background noise and is clear. Also, you can connect your phone through Bluetooth where you can listen to music or answer your calls. Cons: the head set disconnects from the charge port and wonโt reconnect until you unplug everything. Also the headset isnโt resistant to tension, idk if my heads too big but after two months of use the plastic on head band is tarting to crackโฆ I hope it doesnโt full break

Very good range and sound quality, works great with a Mac
Using this to give me more mobility at home while on conference calls. The range is very impressive easily covering our property and nearby street. Sound quality is excellent. I am using it with a MacBook and setup is very easy. You connect the included USB cable to the Mac and it shows up as a headset with microphone. No software or setup is required. Integration with Teams works great. Doing an Mute/Unmute on the headset is correctly mirrored by the Teams App and visible to other conference participants. If anything the headset suffers from still being a phone centric device. Most of the manual is irrelevant for my use case. If this fits your budget and you want a headset that gives you the mobility to walk around a larger area, this is a great buy.

Zero complaints
We have bought 6 pairs and no complaints from employees. The range is great. Solid and well made. My only wish would be that it went over your ear like Bose QuietComfort to help block out all noise. I have no issues when I am on calls, just when not on calls it would help to block all office noise. I need silence to focus. I realize this isn't the purpose of this headset. For being on the phones or MS Teams calls it works great. Worth it. Working with all 3- Phone/cell/computer is important. I am on the phone 6-7 hours+ a day. It does charge fast as sometimes I leave at night and forget to put on the charger. Great investment for your office.

Software and headset connection are terrible
I got this to replace a Plantronics unit that had served its life. The range on this headset is fantastic and the audio quality is good, but the headset disconnects from the base constantly, its "noise-canceling" is sub-par at best and constantly has little glitches where it will constantly say call incoming or just disconnect from the computer intermittently after a call, and the only fix is to completely power off, unplug and restart the headset. Go elsewhere.

Ouch - small headband
I returned this within 5 minutes of unboxing. The headset band is tiny and hard. It appears well made but it just doesn't fit. I have other headsets from Jabra, Bose, Plantronics - none are this small. It has all the features I want (noise cancelling mic, bluetooth and DEC, multiple connections, good battery life, etc.) but I can't wear it - not sure what they were thinking.
