Calci 500 Calcium and Vitamin D3 for Bones Health -300 Tablets

Same as like other calcium tablets but highly affordable. If anyone need to use long-term then go for it as each tablet is highly affordable. I'm feeding my baby and have to take calcium tablet for 6months so I tried this pack. Whenever I have bone pains (body pain due to lactation) I took double dose and that pain decreases in two days..so that's itself showing its efficiency. So these tablets are equivalent to tablets from pharmacy. But don't use long term (more than a year) as calcium carbonate extracted from seashell, it can lead to stones in kidneys. This rule applicable to all tablets extracted from seashell from pharmacy also.

I started taking the calcium supplement and won't be able to give a product review within 2 days of taking the pill. But it's priced very very competitively and the quality too seems good. But time alone will tell.

Constipation or stomach upset may occur if you are taking multivitamins nd other health supplement than don't take this . 1 took only 1 tablet and I got constipated with a tablet.

Definitely is a good product. You can tell that it works from the effect it starts having on your body. But remember to consult your doctor before using calcium supplements especially if you are a man. Overdose can lead to constipation, kidney stones and many other problems.

Good product and worthy for the price tag.

This product isn't available for almost whole year. Has the manufacturing stopped ? Bring it back. . . -_-
