I bought the Maybelline TattooStudio eyeliner and I love it. It’s super easy to apply, gives precise and defined lines, and lasts all day without smudging or fading. The color is intense and looks professional, like a salon-quality look, but without the high price. It’s also sweat- and water-resistant, which is perfect for everyday use or going out. I highly recommend this eyeliner to anyone looking for a long-lasting, high-quality product that stays flawless all day.

It goes on easily, and stays on long (48 hours for me). No chipping or flaking in that time. The wand is made so you can do thin or thick lines. I do one upper eyelid, then the other. By the time I go back to the first eye, the liner is dry. If you make a mistake, it's not hard to clean if you get it right away. If you leave it until it dries, you'll need makeup remover or soap. Good value for the money. Smooth texture. Performs well.

This product was terrible. It was completely dried up and so old I couldn’t even use. I had to bang the applicator handle to get it out because the liner had sealed it close and was solidified.

These go on really easily, even for someone who hasn't used liquid liner in a while. I like the little felt tip brush, although some may prefer a true multi-bristle brush. You have to use a light hand to get a nice solid line. If you press too hard, you can end up with a line that is darker on the edge and lighter down the middle. They usually stay on really well, with a weird caveat. It does not melt or smear, but it does roll up like dry erase ink. It is truly waterproof and (surprisingly) even resistant to oil cleansers, at first. You can rub and rub at it with an oil cleanser or eye makeup remover and it won't budge at first, and then suddenly comes off in one piece. I found it to work very much like that on my eyes too; most of the time it stays put really well, but when it doesn't, it will just vanish suddenly in one section. It doesn't smear or drip. This also happens sometimes if you go over the same section more than once with the brush, as if the color picks up the previous bit and takes it away with it. But, that doesn't happen all that often. I bought black and both browns (Rustic and Henna) to compare them. Black is as expected. The two browns are very much alike when you put them; the caps indicate that Rustic is a warmer, lighter shade than Henna, and that is true to some extent, but they go on and dry down almost identical. They're just a little lighter and warmer/redder than the brown Lasting Drama Gel in the little glass jar, but they blend well enough that they can be used together.

Love the color

I want to give this 5 stars so bad. When it comes to how well it works, its amazing. My favorite liner ever. No smudge at all. And when I wash my face in the shower it comes off so easily which is great. It doesn't irritate my eyes. HOWEVER it doesn't matter where I purchase this product, about every 2 out of 3 are all dried up. I have bought them here or in store and the same is true. I even emailed Maybeline and I don't know what's going in with their customer service but I gave them the exact name of the product and they didn't seem to know about it and then asked for the lot number. I emailed back with all the info. We will see what happens. I do hope they figure it out though because I LOVE this liner. But I might be going elsewhere now...
