I have to rave about this brush. My hair is not in great shape so I've been using pure argan oil on it. It was recommended to use a boar bristle brush to help distribute the oil evenly through the hair. I have an old boar bristle brush that I never use because it only brushes the outside of my hair and does nothing to the distribute hair oils. This Kent brush is the perfect solution. The pins pick up my hair and help to get the bristles down into all my hair. Perfect! I've only been using it a few days but I can already see a difference. My hair looks smoother and no frizzy. Also, I notice that the pins are gentle on my head. They feel sharp in my hand, but they feel pleasant on my scalp. I have to remember to start on the ends and work up to my scalp to get the best effect.

The boar bristles are soft and long, and the nylon bristles penetrate thick hair. I have fine hair and a soft head. This brush is comfortable yet effective in removing tangles in long hair. Just start at the bottom of your hair and move up gradually for an effective and smoothing styling that doesn't hurt.

I'm Sleepy Jim's wife and I ordered this brush for my long wavy hair. My hair reaches my waist. This brush easily untangles the tangles and glides through the waves. The little black rounded tips on the longer clear plastic bristles do not get stuck in my hair or cause tangling like other similar brushes. I was surprised at how easily it glides through my thick wavy hair. At first, before using it, the brush appeared to be too delicate and the bristles appeared to be flimsy and inadequate. But, eventually, I opened the package, removed the brush, and tried it on wet clean hair. I discovered that this brush is excellent, feels good in the hand, and is terrific for brushing hair! Also, the overall visual design of the brush is very pleasing - the wood is beautiful and is rounded and tapered very nicely. I like it! I'm happy! I've been using this brush for only a few weeks, so I don't know how many years it will survive...

I've been using this for a couple months now and really like. I have a bristle-only brush which is also good, but I like the longer plastic bristles because they feel really nice on my scalp.

Great brush. Smooths my hair, helps take away static and frizz. My only issue, I have chin length hair, but very thick. This brush is not made for thick hair. I have to do my hair in sections and I still end up running another brush through my hair at the end.

Great hair brush! I really love it! I’m a female with long, thin hair but I highly recommend this brush for both males and females! Good size, not small at all. Mine is the PF07.

I’m very pleased with this hairbrush, it is excellent for my girl’s slightly curly/wavy long fine hair that gets frizzy in humid weather. I have been researching for the right hairbrush for my girl’s hair type and this brush came up. The design and quality are very good. It is gentle to delicate hair and it glides through the tangles and smooths out the frizzies and the nylon ball tips massage the scalp. Result: beautiful hair!
