Q-tip brand is the best quality. They're sturdy, and the cotton is always tightly woven. These were just about comparable price wise to Costco too.

These are still the best I've found available. The cotton tip is nowhere as plush as they used to be (in olden days) but they seem to have more than other brands I've tried. I'll be sticking to these.
