Are both sides colored?!

From what I remember they are. Only one side is sticky, so if you were to put them in a window I would say you could see the color. Hope this helps. It was awhile ago that I used these and we put them on a wall

Can these be used on polyester material?

I’m not sure, it’s just a vinyl sticker material. I put mine directly on the wall.
