For what it's worth it I can't complain it does cut 1200 tiles without breaking it. To get it to score tiles well make sure you do not use the rubber boots provided on snapper. I would prefer the more premium Italian cutters so much easier accurate out the box but cost £600+. but this is so cheap and just does cut. Deffo some fine tuning makes it better.

Worst piece of equipment I ever used!! Do not buy it! Wasted of money. Couldn’t cut one tile with it without braking it. The cutting head seems to score the tile nicely then it just break the tile. Sorry but wouldn’t recommend this product

For £125 this tile cutter smashed a 30 metre square bathroom. Full 1200 length cuts were easy on porcelain tiles with only a few mishaps. How long the blade lasts is yet to be found out. It comes with a laser which I chose not to use as I’m used to cutting to my own pencil markings. Other bits in box like a guide and lubricant dispenser I chose not to bother with. Also a load of free plastic tile wedges and packers in box! A very good tile cutter

Wow! This is big....and heavy. Even knowing the dimensions does not prepare you for a shock when you open the box. If size matters it is excellent value for money. Beware though, it requires setting up. Mine had loose nuts and the laser was way off. Once set up it cuts 10mm porcelain tiles easily.

I found that if you score the tile without the rubber feet on the tile braking arm then out them back on to snap the tile it works better. Photos are of a 1200 cut on porcelain tiles

Product looks great out of the box, very heavy indeed. Looks really professional l! That’s about where it ends for me!!!! The positive reviews made me opt for this item over better known quantities.... huge error of judgement. Instructions are atrocious. Laser is completely off and battery died within 2-3 hours use. Half of the fixings don’t line up with the captive nuts for side supports. You cannot score evenly as the entire assembly has far too much flex in it. It basically failed to cut 75x75cm 10mm porcelain, splitting off cuts. Appreciate some have had good experiences; certainly not us. What a shame as we had high expectations.

I'm a professional tiler and needed a 1200 cutter for porcelain 1200mm planks, simply folks if you know how to use a cutter its brilliant, it even cut 20mm strips on a 1200 tiles that's impressive for just over 100 pounds

On completion of tile cutter assembly ,it seemed to be of a sturdy construction. The first tile to be cut , in place and lined up with the laser. Then the laser stopped working within 30 seconds, There is also no depth setting for thickness of tiles. It is almost impossible to line up tile without laser. So spend your money on a good quality tool, this one is far from it.

Ho utilizzato il tagliapistrelle per il taglio di piastrelle di 120x20x1 cm tagliate per i due versi. Funziona. Unica accortezza un ritocco alle regolazioni dei cuscinetti di scorrimento che richiede una certa manualità. Il sistema di autolubrificazione è poco funzionale. Basta non montarlo e lubrificare manualmente ogni tanto.

Ein paar Einzelheiten sind wirklich gut durchdacht bei diesem Fliesenschneider. Der Schlitten wird geführt von zig Kugellagern, deren Aussenschale im Kontakt mit der Schiene ist - funktioniert super. Die verlängerten Haltearme sind robust und super hilfreich, wenn man mit großen Fliesen hantiert. Der Laser und das kugelgelagerte Schneidrad sind weitere sehr hilfreiche Feautures die man in der Preisklasse sonst nirgendwo findet. Die Schnitte werden top und es geht ruck zuck dank des Lasers - ich bin wirklich zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Man muss sich aber darauf einstellen, das Teil erstmal 1-2h zusammenzuschrauben und alles zu justieren, ist aber kein Problem eig.

Pour le prix Ras, fait ce qu'on lui demande sans problème sur du carrelage ou de la faïence . Je vais bientôt le tester sur du grès cérame de 2 cm d épaisseur... Je croise les doigts.
