Why is the filter leaking from the filter housing?

This is most commonly caused by misalignment, ensure your filter is aligned and completely locked into place. Do so by turning the filter housing completely to the left.

What O-rings does this filter system use?

Due to certification, this system requires original O-rings from the manufacturer.

How often do I need to replace the filters for this system?

Both filters in this system must be replace every 6 months or every 500 gallons.

What do I need to install the unit?

For installation, we recommend a drill with 7/32" bit, adjustable wrench, measuring tape, bucket, Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer. All parts needed for installation are included with the system.
