I bought Ashwaganda liquid to help with anxiety as well as poor sleep. After a month I've been sleeping better -- I take about an inch of serum in the dropper under the tongue (about a half hour before I want to go to sleep) and swish it around with a good drink of water. When I first got it, I tried taking it in the morning to help with anxiety during the day, but it makes me feel a bit groggy, so I gave up trying to take it early. Taking it at night has helped just a small bit with anxiety--I feel a little more mellow than I used to in the morning. The taste is no-so-great by itself, but in water I can barely taste it. Plus it doesn't seem to cause grogginess the next morning like melatonin and antihistamines sometimes do. I'll most likely buy more when this runs out.

The bottle says use 1 entire dropper full, 3x a day... but no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the dropper to fill up. It fills about a quarter of the dropper maximum for me. Minor annoyance. I was excited this is tasteless. I'm a big water drinker. Have water with nearly all meals...but the taste is not tolerable for me as other reviews indicated. It tastes like I sprinkled dirt in my water. I added lemon to the water and that masks the flavor 100%. I'm still going to use it and will report back on the affects. I'm really hoping this will help with poor sleep and high anxiety. So I'll report back.

Have to say it arrived a day later than expected but you know it was worth it. I just tried it and to me the flavor was better than what I expected. I had for the last few months been using a cbd oil with ashwagandha and that had a very not so good taste, but I had gotten used to it. So needless to say I was a bit hesitant about the taste of this. I put it directly under my tongue had my water ready to wash it down but it really wasn't that bad. I'm wondering though what is the amount to take I only took less than half a dropper full of it. I'm feeling alot more calm. I'll keep on using it. Great product so far! Thank you!

I have a subscription that always arrives on time and it packaged well. The product works great once you figure out the best dosage for yourself. The only drawback is the dropper. It rarely fills even halfway and after a month it's pretty much done.
