Can it work as a 110 volt switch?

They state it's safe for 0-220V(AC or DC), Working current: 0-2A. Personally, I would not the wires are something like 28 gauge stranded. you would need to be very careful about wiring. I doubt it would ever pass an Electrical code review with 120v open wiring in contact with a grounded water line. No, it needs to add a relay board. It cannot be directly connected to the circuit.

Can I get a replacement for the reed switch?

They did replace mine with no issues.

Is this product lead-free?

I suspect it is not lead-free, because it does not have any designation its lead content. Keep in mind that if this is used for regulation of intake to hot water system, the entirety of that plumbing system is full of lead. I got this as a replacement for a very-leaded part (colored silver) made by NTI
