What type (model number etc) wall bracket is included?

The mounting bracket is a simple 2 screw "J" type wall hook. It will need to be screwed into a stud or otherwise sturdy part of the wall.

How long does the charge last if not used?

If the safety pin installed on the handle is intact, and the pressure gauge is reading in “ green area” this ABC extinguisher can last up to 10 years. It would be advised to stop by your local firehouse annually to have a visual inspection done. This unit is typically pressurized with approximately 195 psi of nitrogen, as the expelling agent. It is designed for all 3 classes of fire… ordinary combustibles, flammable liquids, and electrical hazards.

Do they come with a tag showing they are still good for fire inspection purposes?

No they don’t but they have a good charge on the gauge

What is year of manufacture?

So they are good for 10 years from the stamped date on the extinguisher or 10 years from when I get them? I don’t wanna get one that’s stamped 2019 and I get it in 2023! Does that mean it’s only good to me for 6 years?
